The best exercises for the eyes and lips
You can solve the problem of sunken eyes, swelling and sagging lower eyelids with a special exercise. Rest your elbows, place your index fingers on your lower eyelids and lightly press down. Just don’t overdo it! Then close your eyes and close your eyelids tightly. Wait 5-7 seconds, open your eyes, look up and begin to very quickly lower and raise your upper eyelids. For owners of swollen or flabby upper eyelids, which give the face a tired, sleepy expression, mimic gymnastics will help. Press your index and middle fingers to your temples, pulling slightly on the skin. Then look down and start slowly raising and lowering your eyelids. Repeat the exercise 30 times, look up, and do it again.
It is very important that during this exercise only the muscles of the eyelids are working, and not the eyebrows. By exercising in front of a mirror, you can keep track of this.
Through exercise, you can quickly remove wrinkles around the lips. To do this, you need to squeeze your mouth and slowly drive the pads of your index fingers from the wings of the nose to the corners of the lips and back. After completing the exercise 30 times, repeat it again, but not stroking, but patting the skin.

Saggy or too thick cheeks distort the contour of the face. To solve the problem, repeat the special exercise daily. First, inflate your cheeks, hold the air for 5-7 seconds and slowly, with a whistle, release it. Repeat the exercise 10-15 times. After that, fill one cheek with air and slowly transfer it to the other, while pressing your lips tightly. Repeat the exercise 15–20 more times.
Two simple exercises will help you get rid of a double chin. Lie on the floor, place your palm on your neck, and then raise your head 1–2 cm above the floor.
In this case, it is not the shoulders that should be tightened, but the muscles of the neck.
You will feel this tension with the palm of your hand. Wait 4-5 seconds, lower your head down, rest a little, and then repeat the exercise. After that, sit at the table, rest your elbow, and press your palm to your chin. Open your mouth slowly and smoothly, trying to overcome resistance, and then close it and rest. Repeat the exercise 10-15 times, being careful not to overextend the muscles of the face and neck.
