milk cow 1.0 (grain glass)
butter 1.0 (table spoon)
wheat flour, premium 1.0 (table spoon)
table salt 0.3 (teaspoon)
parsley 1.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add and fry the flour, stirring occasionally, preventing it from turning brown. While stirring, add milk in parts and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared sauce with chopped herbs.
