Milk pitcher

A milk pitcher is a small jug with a capacity of 350 ml or more, which is used to froth milk. First of all, it is used by baristas in the preparation of coffee drinks with milk. The photo of the pitcher is presented above. Design can vary quite dramatically.

In its form, the pitcher resembles a small jug for milk (milk jug). In addition to steel, there are also plastic, ceramic, aluminum and glass pitchers, but metal pitchers are the most popular because of their high thermal conductivity. When choosing, pay attention to the thickness of the walls of the pitcher. The thicker the walls, the longer they will warm up, and the longer the barista will be able to froth the milk to make the foam more fluffy.
