vanillin 0.03 (gram)

Method of preparation

Sugar is dissolved in boiling milk, pre-diluted with cold milk or water and strained maize starch are poured in and, stirring continuously, cook at low boil for 8-10 minutes. Vanillin is added to the end of cooking. Serve as described on p. 334.
