You will need: – 1 liter of milk; – 1-1,5 tablespoons of green tea. Heat the milk to a temperature of 70-80 degrees. Pour tea with them, cover and leave to infuse for about 20 minutes. Then pour the drink into a thermos and leave for 3-4 hours. Optionally add 1 tablespoon of honey to your tea.
