Homemade milk whipped cream
Whipped cream is used to decorate pastries, cakes, hot drinks, sweet dishes made from berries and fruits. To make such cream, you need the following ingredients: – 1 glass of homemade milk; – 200 grams of butter.
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and place over low heat. Cut the butter into pieces and add it to the milk. While stirring the contents of the pot, melt the butter completely. When the mixture begins to boil, remove it from the heat.
Pour the butter and milk mixture into a blender with knives and whisk for 5 minutes. Then transfer it to a glass cup and cover with a napkin. When the mass has cooled without removing the napkin, cover the cup with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. After 8 hours, whip the cream with a blender. If the cream is stratified, add a small piece of butter to it and beat until thick.
Homemade coffee creamer
A cup of hot coffee with cream will help you cheer up in the morning or warm you up on a cool autumn afternoon. You can make your own cream for this aromatic drink using cow’s milk.
For a thick, tasty cream, you will need full-fat homemade milk, preferably evening milk yield. Pour it into a glass jar and let stand in a cool place. After a day, the cream from the milk will rise up, now they can be removed with a spoon or poured into another container in a thin stream.
