There is a possibility that milk, vegetables, and fruits can help smokers beat the unhealthy habit by affecting the way cigarettes taste.
19% of tobacco users, interviewed by psychologists from the Duke University Medical Center (USA), admitted that dairy products and cheese worsen the taste of cigarettes for them; 16% named vegetables and fruits, as well as decaffeinated soft drinks (14%). Increase the desire to smoke drinks containing caffeine — tea, cola, coffee (45%), as well as alcohol (44%) and meat (11%). Researchers are developing a special diet for those who want to quit smoking.
