I usually choose the following porridge: oatmeal, buckwheat, rice. But semolina is banned. “

“I don’t have such a rule not to eat after 6 pm. The main thing is not to eat food two to three hours before bedtime. It is better to choose a menu with a minimum of carbohydrates, a maximum of fiber and protein. For example, you cannot eat fruit at night – there are a lot of carbohydrates. For me, the ideal dinner is low-fat cottage cheese. If you “dry”, then you should generally exclude salt and drink a lot of water, always distilled. “

“What about alcohol? In general, it is believed that when you are losing weight, you cannot drink it. But everything is individual. For example, after drinking, I lose two kilograms. But, of course, it is better to give up alcohol as much as possible – it leads to muscle breakdown and a drop in testosterone. Of course, there are holidays, birthdays – everybody sometimes wants to drink. And the main thing here is to observe the intervals – not to drink immediately after training. “Of course, it is difficult to achieve impressive results without the proper sports load. I train about 4 times a week. One workout should be no more than an hour – if more, then this is already to the detriment of the body. I usually combine various types of training with each other: one day – power load, the next – cardio, then rest. I also train on an ellipsoid, exercise bikes, swim in the pool. “
