Remove the finished potatoes from the bag and place them on a plate. It will be an excellent side dish for meat, fish or poultry.

Potato pie with meat and zucchini

Try this original casserole with minced meat, zucchini and cheese. The dish turns out to be hearty, but light enough, because you don’t need to use oil or fatty sauces to prepare it. Grated zucchini are responsible for juiciness, and thinly sliced ​​potatoes are soaked in meat juice and become very tasty.

You will need: – 4 large potatoes; – 300 g of minced meat (a mixture of pork and beef); – 1 small vegetable marrow; – 100 g of cheese; – salt; – freshly ground black pepper; – vegetable oil for frying.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and peel. Slice it into thin slices. It is convenient to use a vegetable peeler for this. Rinse the potatoes so they don’t stick together. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and grate the pulp on a coarse grater.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet and fry the minced meat in it, kneading it with a wooden spatula. Add salt and ground black pepper. Lay potato plastics in the form of scales on a flat dish. Place the minced meat on top and cover with grated zucchini. Place the dish in the microwave and bake on maximum power for 10 minutes.

Check the readiness of the potatoes, the plates should break easily with a fork. If the dish is not ready, bake it for another 5-7 minutes. Grate the cheese, cover the surface of the casserole with it and put it in the oven for another 2 minutes, the cheese should melt completely. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over potato pie before serving.
