Potato pie with meat and zucchini
Try this original casserole with minced meat, zucchini and cheese. The dish turns out to be hearty, but light enough, because you don’t need to use oil or fatty sauces to prepare it. Grated zucchini are responsible for juiciness, and thinly sliced potatoes are soaked in meat juice and become very tasty.
You will need: – 4 large potatoes; – 300 g of minced meat (a mixture of pork and beef); – 1 small vegetable marrow; – 100 g of cheese; – salt; – freshly ground black pepper; – vegetable oil for frying.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and peel. Slice it into thin slices. It is convenient to use a vegetable peeler for this. Rinse the potatoes so they don’t stick together. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and grate the pulp on a coarse grater.
