  • New desires, goals, activities that awaken energy, knowledge or achievements are all the realm of the future and dreams. The more a person is immersed in the implementation of goals that give joy, the wider his consciousness becomes. It opens up to the search for implementation opportunities, and for this there is no need to make additional efforts.
  • Take care of yourself — this is the most ancient practice that helps to achieve both harmonization of the inner world and a change in the level of consciousness. Only a person engaged in constant physical and moral self-improvement can learn to feel other people and processes taking place on a global scale. The ability to capture energy changes is born from the ability to recognize and satisfy the needs of one’s own body, and the ability to interact on a spiritual level is born from the constant nourishment of the soul (books, knowledge, spiritual practices, communication on various topics).

The practices of obtaining unconditional love, having nourished oneself with which one can expand one’s consciousness, often include receiving the energy of a kind, opening a connection with higher powers, and various methods of feeling basic trust.
