Metabiotic T8 Mobio: composition, active ingredients, benefits for the body

The fact that our intestines, oral cavity and some other organs are normally inhabited by a variety of bacteria, every one of us has definitely heard. As, for sure, I have heard that a violation of the quantitative and / or qualitative composition of this microbiota (the whole set of symbiotic microorganisms) threatens trouble. Moreover, such troubles can take the form of both diarrhea for a couple of days, and much more serious, chronic disorders.

In domestic medicine, this pathology of the microbiota is called dysbiosis or dysbiosis, and in foreign medicine-the syndrome of disturbed bacterial growth in the large and / or small intestine. This disease has been known for a long time, its causes, too, in general, have not become a big mystery for researchers, and therefore since the beginning of the twentieth century, drug development has begun.

And what options are available at the moment?

1. Probiotics

The first generation of such drugs were probiotics. These are, in fact, live, but dried bacteria that are normally present in our body. You take such a pill, it gets into a moist and warm environment, where the bacteria come to life, multiply and start working.

It seems to be a simple and clear principle, but, as always, everything was not as easy as we would like. Such bacteria inhabit mainly the small and large intestines, which means that when taken orally, they still need to pass through the sharply acidic environment of the stomach. It turns out that only 0.1-0.01% of microorganisms have this effect. Obviously, in the light of such data, the effectiveness of probiotics raises reasonable doubts. Moreover, their use has a number of serious drawbacks, which we discussed in more detail in this article.

2. Prebiotics

The next approach to correcting microbiota disorders was the use of prebiotics. They are not living organisms, but are a chemical organic substrate, the influx of which stimulates the reproduction of bacteria. The idea of using prebiotics is based on the fact that a small number of symbiotic bacteria remain in our intestines under any shocks. For example, such a kind of reservation is a worm-like process.

Accordingly, if the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microbiota is violated, we introduce prebiotics, the preserved bacteria actively eat them and very quickly restore their population. It seems to be win, but actually fail. Because, as it turned out, in the definition of dysbiosis, the key word is not “quantitative”, but “qualitative” violations. That is, useful microorganisms die en masse, and in their place, which is not empty, conditionally pathogenic, and even frankly pathogenic species are quickly populated. What happens if we put high-quality fuel in this biochemical boiler? That’s right: it will be eaten with pleasure by the “invaders”, dramatically increasing its number.

3. Synbiotics

In the 90s of the twentieth century, a new class of drugs called synbiotics appeared. But in fact, there were no innovations in it – it is simply a combination of pro-and prebiotics “in one bottle”. And therefore, the fundamental problems described above, synbiotics have not been solved.

4. Metabiotics

And only at the beginning of the XXI century, a qualitatively new approach to the correction of dysbiosis was developed. His idea is based on the fact that the bacteria in the gut interact with our cells, tissues and the whole body through a number of chemicals that they produce in the course of their life. “Hmm!” said the researchers, ” And let’s try to filter out these substances.” This idea, of course, has arisen before, but only now the laboratory equipment and techniques have reached the level that made it possible to implement this process. Accordingly, the purified products of bacterial metabolism were called metafiltrate, and the products made on their basis were called metabiotics.

After a number of studies, it turned out that metabiotics have most of the same functional effects as living bacteria, but they do not have their disadvantages, which are precisely related to the fact that bacteria are alive. For example, metabiotics are practically not destroyed in the stomach, safely reaching the intestines, they can be taken simultaneously with antibiotics, they are much easier to dose, etc.For more information, again, we refer the reader to the previously published article.

Do they produce metabiotics in our country?

Yes, their production was mastered by the domestic company VILAVI INT LTD. In the line of its products there is an author’s development called “T8 Mobio”. And in 2020, this healthy food product received a declaration of compliance with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union. The composition of “T8 MOVIO” includes metafiltrates of all major strains of human symbiotic bacteria:

  • Bifidobacterium adolescentis;
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus;
  • Lactobacillus salivarius;
  • Lactobacillus helveticus;
  • Propionibacterium freudenreichii.

Bifidobacterium adolescentis metafiltrate

Bifidobacteria are the basis of our gut microbiota. The substances that they produce and which are contained in the metabiotic T8 Mobio are actively involved in the formation of the physiological protection of gastrointestinal cells from infectious and toxic lesions. In addition, the Bifidobacterium adolescentis metafiltrate includes:

  • organic fatty acids that inhibit the growth of pathogenic (shigella, salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus) and conditionally pathogenic (proteus, klebsiella) microorganisms;
  • substances that activate parietal digestion;
  • vitamins K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9;
  • compounds necessary for the absorption of calcium, iron, and vitamin D through the intestinal walls;
  • substances that stimulate the motility of the gastrointestinal tract, which contributes to the normal movement of food through the intestinal tube.

Metafiltrates of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius and Lactobacillus helveticus

Lactobacilli mainly inhabit our oral cavity and large intestine. The metafiltrate of these microorganisms is notable, first of all, for its high content of lactic acid. Actually, even the name “lactobacilli” reflects this feature: it comes from the Latin word “lacte”, which means “milk”.

Lactic acid in a neutral environment of the intestine acts as an excellent antiseptic. It supports the acidity of the colon at the level of 5.5-5.6 pH. And most pathogenic bacteria, including staphylococci and enteropathogenic E. coli, are not able to live even at a weak acidic pH. And therefore, when faced with lactic acid molecules, they safely die, without having time to cause food toxicoinfection.

In addition, the substances that are present in T8 Mobio as part of the lactobacillus metafiltrate:

  • they serve as catalysts for a number of metabolic processes in the intestine;
  • they affect local immunity by activating the synthesis of lysozyme, interferons and cytokines;
  • reduce the severity of pain in irritable bowel syndrome;
  • increase the rate of recovery of the gastrointestinal mucosa after toxic and microbial lesions.

Finally, the lactobacillus metafiltrate in T8 Mobio contains the enzyme lactase, which breaks down the milk sugar-lactose (do not confuse it!). The influx of this enzyme is extremely important in congenital lactase deficiency, as well as in physiological deficiency in infants, which is the main cause of intestinal colic.

Propionibacterium freudenreichii metafiltrate

These microorganisms have the ability to ferment carbohydrates, as well as break down amino acids with the further formation of fatty acids. It is the high content of such acids that is a feature of Propionibacterium freudenreichii metafiltrate in the composition of T8 Mobio:

  1. Acetic acid, which has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. On the basis of acetic acid derivatives, a huge number of drugs have been created to combat inflammation: diclofenac, indomethacin, etc.
  2. Propionic acid, which belongs to the class of saturated short-chain fatty acids. It easily penetrates through the intestinal wall into the blood, and then is transferred to the liver, where it is metabolized during gluconeogenesis, as well as ketosis to form ketone bodies. We talked about their importance and usefulness for the energy supply of the brain in this article.
  3. Isovaleric acid. This is the same substance that is contained in the rhizome of Valerian officinalis and serves as the basis for such drugs as Valocordin. As part of the metabiotic T8 Mobio, isovaleric acid has a psychotonic effect, improving our performance and concentration, as well as helping us cope with stress without consequences for the nervous system.
  4. Succinic acid. It is an essential component for cellular respiration processes, participating in the tricarboxylic acid cycle. That is, getting into the intestine from the metafiltrate T8 Mobio, it improves the energy supply and the supply of oxygen to our tissues.

In addition, Propionibacterium freudenreichii is a bacterium that produces vitamin B12, which means that it also enters our body as a metabiotic. Our cells do not know how to synthesize vitamin B12 at all, but they need it for normal life. And vitamin B12 deficiency is a serious metabolic disease, also called pernicious anemia or malignant anemia. It is associated with disorders of the central nervous system and pathologies of hematopoiesis.

In conclusion

Metabiotics are a new word in the correction and, most importantly, in the prevention of various disorders of the normal composition of our microbiota. Just 1 teaspoon (10-12 ml) of T8 Mobio in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening, taken with a meal, will help you normalize your digestive processes, reduce the risk of enteritis and colitis, strengthen your immune defense, get rid of chronic fatigue syndrome and improve your resistance to stress.
