1. Vitamin C – is responsible for the synthesis of collagen, brightens and evens out the skin tone and makes it firmer and more elastic. Vitamin C brightens and improves the condition of the hair, which gives it shine. In addition, it has a positive effect on hair growth, as ascorbic acid increases the absorption of iron, a mineral responsible, among others, for for hair growth.
2. Niacin – nourishes the scalp and as a result has a beneficial effect on the condition of the hair follicles. Thanks to it, the condition of the hair follicles is improved, and they lose their efficiency without it. Niacin stimulates hair growth, makes it thicker and prevents hair loss and dryness.
3. Vitamin E – thanks to the vitamin E contained in Merz Spezial, the skin is deeply moisturized and hydrated, which is especially helpful when it is dry. The ingredient also brightens the skin and prevents dark spots from becoming hyperpigmented. In addition to that, it helps heal stretch marks during pregnancy and helps shrink skin-colored growths (birthmarks).

How to use Merz Special?

The recommended daily dose of Merz Special is 1 dragee twice a day. The dragee should not be divided into smaller parts, but swallowed whole – it is recommended to wash it down with a small amount of clean water. Despite its many beneficial health properties, Merz Special is not a substitute for a healthy diet. It is also inadvisable to exceed the daily dose set by the manufacturer.

The Merz Special package contains 60 tablets – a dose for a monthly treatment. The supplement should be kept out of the reach of small children. It should be a place where the temperature is not higher than 25 degrees Celsius and there is not much sunlight. If you miss the daily dose of the preparation, follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the next day and do not take more than two pills.

The manufacturer of Merz Special states that the first effects of taking his dietary supplement are visible after about 2-3 months of regular taking of pills – however, this applies to people who have problems with hair loss. People using supplements, especially beginners, often make the same mistake and exceed the daily allowance. High doses of supplements may even increase the risk of developing cancers such as colorectal cancer in people taking folic acid.
