Marinate the squid for 30 minutes, and soak the wooden skewers in water. At this time, we will deal with the sauce. Mix in a saucepan 100 ml of white wine, 2 tbsp. l. oyster vinegar, 2 tbsp. l. water, 1 tsp. tomato paste, 2-3 chopped rosemary sprigs and a pinch of paprika. After cooking the sauce for 3-4 minutes, remove it from the heat. Next, we skewer the squid with “snakes” and fry on the grill for a couple of minutes on each side. We serve the appetizer on lettuce leaves with a special sauce.

Mix 100 ml of olive oil and 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped mint and parsley, 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and a clove of garlic passed through a press. Mix the marinade well, dip the scallops in it and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Fry them on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve the scallops on a pillow of arugula leaves, sprinkled with sesame seeds and sprinkled with the remaining marinade.

Then we put them in a glass mold, pour 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with white wine and soy sauce to taste. We send the billet to the refrigerator for at least an hour. It is important not to overdo the tender trout on the coals, so fry the steaks for no longer than 5 minutes on each side. It is best to complement such fish with baked new potatoes or fresh vegetables.

Let it now be saturated with juices for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, after which we carefully peel off all the greens, again lubricate the fish with oil and fry on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
