The collective catering that is carried out through the menus in schools, hospitals, and other centers, is one of the main eating activities of citizens, and in search of their guarantee in the processes, they invite all actors from the civil and political world to be part of this new course that they seek with their work philosophy.
The lack of raw materials or mass production have reached a point where, either it is proposed to produce in an orderly way, or the disappearance of many resources will make us make sharp turns, which can perfectly be ordered in a balanced way over time.
This is how the movement’s roadmap proposes, so that society and the environment are one, in search of an improvement in life and especially the ecosystem, creating good, clean and fair food.
Among the different sustainability programs that are carried out in day meetings we can highlight the Sustainable Fishing of the Costa da Morte of Galicia, which will be honored in the celebrations of the birth of the association, or actions such as those of the entity of SlowFood Aragon, which is committed to the biodiversity of crops and fair trade by promoting conferences or festivals that unite gastronomy with other arts.
