As a result of Our Country’s aggression against Ukraine, we hear almost constantly about further destruction, wounded and victims. The medical crisis worsens with each passing day, and it threatens the lives of not only the victims of the fighting, but also all the inhabitants of Ukraine who require any kind of help in the field of health. That is why Medonet supports the Polish Medical Mission in collecting the most necessary medical resources necessary to provide urgent assistance to the inhabitants of the areas affected by the war. You can help too!
The right to health is one of the human rights. In the face of Our Country’s attack on Ukraine, as more hospitals are destroyed and bombed, the supplies of drugs run out and the number of people injured by military operations grows, access to medical care is increasingly limited. The lives of almost all the inhabitants of Ukraine are at risk, including children, women and the elderly.
The only way to minimize the effects of the medical crisis that is growing every day is to support Ukrainian medics and hospitals by providing them with the necessary medicines, dressings and equipment. Medonet as one of the largest health services in Poland, together with the Polish Medical Mission – a humanitarian organization that has been operating for over 20 years, providing medical aid in the most needy countries of the world, joins the campaign to help Ukraine.
For the collected money, the Polish Medical Mission plans to regularly send supplies that will guarantee the continuity of the emergency departments of Ukrainian hospitals. Currently, the most urgent are dressings, splints, gauze, but also stretchers, disposable gloves and means of securing rescuers.
