Each employer, when hiring a person, must make sure that he does not pose a danger to the health and life of other employees. Such evidence is a rather important document – a medical book. According to some articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, employers are required to organize a preventive examination during the initial registration for work, as well as during the rest of the labor activity. All information and data from these surveys must be entered in this book.
Who needs a medical book?
It is worth noting that not every employer can require a medical book from an employee. Only the personnel department of special institutions has the right to do this, in which the employee has close contact with people and food. First of all, those people who are engaged in the production, storage and sale of food and beverages should have this document. This includes the food industry, catering places, supermarkets, department stores. In addition, people who are engaged in the manufacture and sale of clothing, perfumes, shoes and cosmetics should also undergo regular examinations. In fact, the list of professions is very large, because in almost every industry there are people who have close contact with other people: visitors, customers, patients. Issuance of medical certificates

The analyzes that need to be submitted for registration can be completed in 2-3 hours, and in 1-2 weeks the document will be ready. A clean medical book is issued to a person’s hands, in which data about him is entered over time. Next, a photo of a person is pasted onto the main page and a seal with a hologram is placed. Thus, the photo of the cardholder is certified. Without this, it has no effect and is considered invalid. If a person provides this document without a seal, this may be prosecuted by law, since this is the production of forged documents.
Quite often there are situations when a person provides a fake certificate to the employer. At the same time, all seals and holograms can be present on the document. How to recognize deception? This medical book has a dark blue cover, and the title itself is golden. The outer corners of the document are rounded, and on each page you can see a watermark and a typographic book number. The photo of the owner has a size of 3×4 and is certified by a round seal. For forging this document, a person faces criminal liability, so the employer who was provided with a fake document should immediately contact the police and tell about everything.
Necessary examination
If a person applies for the first time to receive a medical book, then he needs to undergo certification and a medical examination. First of all, the future owner of the medical book should visit a dentist, dermatologist, ENT doctor, therapist and cardiologist. Women also need to visit a gynecologist. In addition to specialized specialists, a person must pass a number of tests: a blood test, feces for worm eggs, scraping for enterobiasis, fluorography, electrocardiography. In addition, it is necessary to take a blood test for syphilis, HIV and a throat swab for staphylococcus aureus.
It should be noted that the frequency of passing medical examinations and the number of examinations depends on the type of activity. The list of tests and doctors for cafe employees and employees of medical institutions may differ.
