In order to cook baked meat with mushrooms and potatoes according to this recipe, all the products, previously washed and peeled, must be cut into thin slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens. On a greased baking sheet, lay the prepared foods in layers in the following order: meat, potatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, greens. - ham – 200 g,
- cream – 300 ml,
- wheat bread – 70 g,
- protein – 1 pc.,
- shallot garlic – 50 g,
- butter – 80 g,
- garlic – 3 g
- rum – 20 ml,
- cognac – 20 ml,
- basil and sage – 20 g,
- cheese – 300 g,
- dill greens – 10 g,
- parsley – 10 g,
- ginger and cardamom – on the tip of a knife,

Method of preparation:
To prepare meat baked with mushrooms according to this recipe, you need to mix salt, ginger, cardamom, chopped sage and basil. Cut the veal, pork and bacon into small pieces and cover with the resulting mixture. Cover with bread slices, pour 150 ml of whipped cream with egg white, cover and refrigerate overnight.

- Pork tenderloin – 200-300 gr.
- Fresh mushrooms – 400 gr.
- Onions – 1-2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Butter – 20 gr.
- Water (meat broth) – 100 ml
- Salt, pepper to taste
For the sauce:
- Sour cream 20% fat – 100 ml
- Mayonnaise – 100 ml
- Fresh (dry) garlic to taste
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste
- Hard cheese – 100 gr.
Use any mushrooms, cut them into large pieces. Onion cut into half rings. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and select the “Frying” mode for 20 minutes. As soon as the oil is hot, put the mushrooms and onions in it and fry for 10 minutes. Put the finished mushrooms in a separate bowl.
Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes, onion into half rings. Put the meat and onion into the multicooker bowl and fry until the end of the “Frying” program. At the end, add pieces of butter to the meat.
