How to make tomato sauce
To make a gravy according to this recipe, you will need:
- 1-2 onions;
- 1 carrots;
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- black and red ground pepper;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 2-3 bay leaves;
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil;
- salt.
Cut the salted meat into small pieces. Chop the onion finely. Hold the tomatoes for 10-15 seconds in boiling water, remove the skin from them and chop finely, pour the juice into the chopped tomatoes. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-walled saucepan or cauldron.
