” If fresh white cabbage is bitter, it should be blanched before mixing with pork. The remaining dough scraps without minced meat are used for re-rolling. The molded dumplings are placed in one row on wooden trays sprinkled with flour and stored at temperatures below 0 ° C before cooking.
