If you want to work on your posture, it is very difficult to immediately say how much time you can devote to this exercise. If you have an exam today, then you don’t care about posture at all. If you have a day off, you can train at least the whole day, but after a while your back will hurt. When? It is not known, it depends on your physical form. Accordingly, during the first few days, when mastering a new exercise, we study the circumstances of life and our possibilities: how easy or difficult the exercise will go, how much time we can allocate for it, and what, as a result, we can assume obligations.
Active work with the main exercise
After the reconnaissance stage, you need to switch to the active work mode: this is the mode when the exercise is practiced with shock, intensively, most of the time and effort are devoted to the selected exercise.
I set the task to work with posture — posture is in the spotlight. I walk, I talk — all this is a background, and most importantly, posture — posture. Posture is the main exercise.
Only one or two exercises are usually put into active mode: it is better to concentrate efforts and get results than to take on a lot, act scattered and, as a result, not fulfill your obligations.

A suitable situation may not turn up for a long time, and during this time the intention to master something there has already been forgotten … If a person says: “I practiced Constructive this week. Monday and Tuesday there was no case to apply Constructive. But on Wednesday, a suitable situation occurred. And I remembered the Constructive and applied it. And very successful!” is a weak job. If you work hard, you work every day.

When the exercise as a whole has been worked out, the task arises of getting used to it, embedding it into your life, finishing the details. It is more convenient to do this already in the background, when the selected exercise and the acquired skill are transferred to the background, to the background.
