Until there is clarity in your assignments, neither you nor Nikolai Ivanovich will be able to understand whether you are doing a lot or a little; and, most importantly, it will not be clear where to move.

I am sending you a plan of what I think you need to do every day. You can adjust it to suit your other circumstances. After that, your task is to complete all the points every day. And every day in writing to sum up:
- What did you do,
- what you didn’t do (why; what to do so that this item is completed tomorrow).
If parents swear, this is not a signal to stop work, but feedback that something has been done “wrong”. Mistake. In these cases, your task is to understand how to do better and adjust your actions for the future. To remember this, start a separate “Conclusions” file in which you collect all your conclusions for the future: what and how can be done better. Check out this file.
So, plan for the day.
Morning block:
- lifting, charging (jogging)
- shower (preferably contrast)
- breakfast preparation, breakfast
- cleaning the kitchen: washing dishes, wiping the table and horizontal surfaces. After you in the kitchen there should be such an order as if you did not cook.
- If you decide to wash in the morning — then washing.
Day block:
- every day: walk around the house, collect all the things that are not in place — put them in their places (clothes, books, cups, notebooks, magazines, etc.) — 5 minutes for this business. How much you can do in 5 minutes — so much and do it.
- 2 times a week: Vacuum or sweep the floor. Set days for it.
- After vacuuming — wash the floor in the apartment. — Two times per week.
- 3 times a week: on days when you do not wash the floor, wipe the dust (window sills, cabinets, tables). Clean damp and dry wrung out cloth. How much you can do in 15 minutes — no more.
- If necessary, go to the store and take out the trash.
Evening block:
- Wash your shoes.
- Wash dishes after dinner.
- Prepare clothes for tomorrow. What needs to be erased — erased. In the evening or in the morning — decide for yourself when it is more convenient for you (so as not to take a bath when others need it). It is usually more convenient to wash underwear before going to bed, then it will dry overnight. Big things are better in the morning.
- Take a shower, brush your teeth.
- Go to bed no later than 23:00.
It’s not about you learning how to do these things — that’s the first step. You need to do them every day so that they become a habit, and you do them easily and freely — always, as a matter of course. This is the first step on the path of the Creator.
Regarding cooking: how many dishes have you learned to cook, and at what level? Are others satisfied with your cooking? What specifically do they like/dislike?
