Proper skin care begins with determining your skin type. Based on the characteristic signs, you can make your own diagnosis: normal, dry, oily or mixed (combined) type of your skin. Daily routines include:
1. Cleansing.
2. Toning (leveling the PH of the skin), additional cleansing.
3. Application of the cream according to skin type and age.

Peeling for all skin types
Ingredients: oatmeal – 80 g, water – 200 ml.
Method of preparation: pour hot water over the flakes and let them swell. A home spa can be carried out using fruit extracts, honey, chocolate, simply for a general strengthening effect on the body and for aesthetic reasons, because the skin after the procedure becomes smooth and tender.
One of the most popular home care treatments is the use of chocolate in all products. Chocolate helps to cope with stress, autumn blues, its structure allows you to effectively affect the skin and its upper layers – to reduce fat deposits in problem areas of the body. For wrapping, use classic dark chocolate without any flavors or additives.
Chocolate bath
Ingredients: cocoa powder without additives – 250 g, water – 500 ml.
Method of preparation: pour cocoa powder with warm water, mix and for 1 min. before taking a bath, pour the mixture into water. The water temperature should not exceed body temperature. Acceptance time is 15 minutes. Now you can enjoy a great mood, pleasant scent and shiny soft skin.
This step can be considered preparatory to the chocolate spa wrap.
Chocolate wrap
Ingredients: cocoa powder – 400 g, hot boiled water – 800 ml, olive oil – 2 tsp, cinnamon – 5 g optional.
Method of preparation: Dissolve cocoa powder in hot water. Allow the resulting mass to cool, add olive oil to enhance the thermal effect. Apply the prepared mass to those parts of the body where you want to say goodbye to cellulite and excess weight – stomach, thighs, buttocks, legs. Apply the mixture in a thick layer, approx. 5 mm. Then we wrap the smeared areas with plastic wrap, and to achieve the best effect we also cover with a blanket – it is the thermal effect that helps the skin to absorb useful substances and remove toxins from the body. We carry out the wrapping for 20-40 minutes. And do not forget that the emotional state at this moment is also very important. Try to enjoy these moments, not think about anything, inhaling the smell of chocolate – you will see what a powerful therapy it is.

Many people think that summer is a good time for hair: heat, sunlight, oxygen, lots of fruits and vitamins. But, unfortunately, this is not the case, and after the summer the hair most often does not look very attractive, and it does not feel well. But at home, I would like to recommend shampoos containing moisturizing ingredients, vitamins, panthenol, herbal extracts and essential oils, which, by the way, you yourself can add to the shampoo while washing your hair.
Various oils for hair care protect and restore hair structure. Almond and coconut oils fight breakage and split ends. Peach nourishes and adds volume. Burdock helps with hair loss, linseed moisturizes well, and sea buckthorn will accelerate growth and make hair stronger. Oil-based hair care products are easy to make with your own hands.
Essential oil mask
Ingredients: 1 tbsp. l. jojoba oil and burdock oil, 2-3 drops of lavender and lemon essential oils.
Method of preparation: mix the ingredients. We rub this mixture into the scalp, wrap it with plastic and a towel and keep it for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water. If the hair is very dry, apply jojoba oil to the ends of clean hair. This will be the invigorating moisture for your hair.
Coconut mask
Another easy way to restore shine and moisture to your hair is to take natural coconut oil, melt it and apply it all the way down. Soak for 40 minutes and rinse.
Care will be incomplete without masks. Moreover, it is not difficult to make them yourself. Do these procedures 2 times a week, and after you restore your hair, do not forget to do them at least 1 time a week to maintain the result. Protect, moisturize and care for your hair. Love yourself.
