In Italy, mascarpone cream cheese is an integral part of traditional desserts – tiramisu and cheesecakes. This ingredient can also be used to make a variety of cakes.

Ingredients:

– mascarpone – 500 g; – strawberries – 200 g; – flour – 120 g; – cream (33% fat) – 200 ml; – water – 100 ml; – eggs – 6 pieces; – jelly – 1 sachet; – gelatin – 25 g; – sugar – 250 g; – icing sugar – 100 g; – butter – 2 tablespoons; – strawberry liqueur – 1-2 tablespoons; – almonds, vanilla – to taste.

Beat the yolks of three eggs with vanilla and 100 g of sugar. Add flour to these ingredients and mix thoroughly.

If using a blender, it is best to set it to a low speed.

The whites of three eggs should be beaten separately with 50 g of sugar until smooth. They must be carefully poured into the yolks with flour, while stirring with a spatula. Next, you need to add pre-melted butter to the eggs.

Then you should prepare a dish for baking a biscuit. You can use a pretty heart shape to make the cake look like the photo in the cookbooks. But ordinary refractory cookware will do as well. The dish must be greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. After that, you need to put the biscuit dough into the mold. This mass should be baked at 180 ° C.

While preparing the base for the cake, you can make the syrup and cream. For the first, you need to boil 80 ml of water with 50 g of sugar for 2-3 minutes, then you need to cool it and add a little strawberry liqueur. The syrup should be soaked in the finished biscuit.

To prepare the cream, beat the yolks of the remaining three eggs with vanilla and powdered sugar. Next, add mascarpone cheese and 150 ml of cream to these ingredients. The ingredients must be mixed to get a homogeneous mass. Then pour 20 ml of boiled cold water over the gelatin and warm it up in the microwave. It must be carefully added to the cheese and whipped lightly. The whites from the remaining three eggs must be mixed with a pinch of salt and poured into the cream.

Put this mass in a thick layer on a biscuit and put the future cake in the refrigerator for about 50 minutes. After that, you need to decorate the dish with strawberry slices and pour jelly on top so that the berries do not crumble.

If there is no ready-made jelly, it can be made from sugar and water.

Then you need to put the dish back in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Next, you need to coat the sides of the biscuit with cream, previously whipped with a whisk, and sprinkle with almonds.

Ingredients:

– mascarpone – 500 g; – chocolate (black) – 200 g; – eggs – 5 pieces; – flour – 140 g; – sugar – 200 g; – butter (butter) – 200 g; – vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon; – baking powder – 1 teaspoon; – cherry (for decoration) – to taste.

Chunks of chocolate and butter, previously diced, should be melted in a water bath. In this case, these ingredients must be constantly stirred to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Then you need to beat 150 g of sugar with three eggs and add them to the chocolate cream. Pour flour to them and mix thoroughly, gradually reducing the speed of the mixer. After that, you need to beat 50 g of sugar, two eggs, vanilla essence and mascarpone until smooth.

Pour half of the chocolate mixture into a greased and floured mold. Top with cheese mousse and flatten. Close the cake with the same chocolate mass. You will get a layer cake of three levels. You need to bake the dish in the oven for an hour at a temperature of 180 ° C. The cake can be garnished with cherries or powdered sugar so it doesn’t look like a brown rectangle.

Ingredients:

– mascarpone – 250 g; – milk – 1 glass; – sour cream – 400 g; – cocoa (powder) – 4 tablespoons; – sugar – 1,5 cups; – water – 1 glass; – cream (low-fat) – 150 ml; – gelatin – 30 g.

Bird’s milk cake does not need to be baked in the oven or multicooker, so this recipe is quite simple. Pour 10 g of gelatin with cold water and let it brew. Then you need to add a mixture of 4 tablespoons of cocoa and half a glass of sugar to it. This jelly must be heated, put in a greased form and put in the freezer of the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The remaining gelatin should be poured with cold milk, allowed to swell and heated.

Next, you need to beat the mascarpone, cream, sour cream and a glass of sugar. To them you need to add milk with gelatin and mix thoroughly. This mass should be poured over the cocoa jelly. You should get two layers: dark and white. Leave the dish in the refrigerator until it hardens.

Ingredients:

– mascarpone – 100 g; – carrots – 1 piece; – nuts – 1 tablespoon; – eggs – 2 pieces; – flour – 1 tablespoon; – icing sugar – 1 tablespoon; – ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon; – sugar – 150 g; – oil (vegetable) – 80 ml; – vanilla sugar – 2 teaspoons. – baking powder – 1 teaspoon.

Eggs, vegetable oil and two types of sugar (regular and vanilla) must be mixed with pre-chopped raw carrots. To these ingredients, add flour with cinnamon and baking powder, whisking all the while.

Further, dried nuts must be poured into this mass. Carrot dough should be baked at 200 ° C until golden brown. The finished cake should be divided into two parts.

Then you need to prepare a cream with cream, powdered sugar, carrot juice and mascarpone. All ingredients must be whipped thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass of light pink color.
