“I had a busy two weeks, there were a lot of flights, so this weekend I slept off. I even put the phone in airplane mode before lunch so that no one would bother me. Therefore, breakfast, for which I usually eat cottage cheese with honey or a banana, smoothly flowed yesterday into lunch. When I woke up, I drank only half a glass of water and chicory with milk.

Then my husband and I went to Gorky Park, walked and sat in a Georgian restaurant. He took hot, salad, khachapuri, something else. I honestly ordered something like “Caesar” – lettuce with chicken and suluguni cheese. But this did not prevent me from periodically carrying from my husband either a piece of chakhokhbili or a piece of khachapuri. After lunch, we were also going to buy ice cream, but in the end we just forgot. But we walked a fairly decent distance – right up to Vorobyovy Gory. Then we went to a friend’s house to watch the final of the World Cup. And there I did not notice how I began to eat nuts, cheese, some other snacks. I reassured myself only by the fact that there were still melon and pineapple, which means that everything eaten was zero. “

“On ordinary days at night, I try not to eat. Maximum salad or light soup. But during these two weeks I had an absolute overkill for fast food. Once a month, I calmly allow myself such things, but then I relaxed to the fullest. The guys from the Comedy Club and I arrived at the airport at 7-8 in the morning, hungry, and I thought that if I had a quick snack now, it would satiate me, I would get on the plane and pass out. Thus, I knocked down my entire nutrition program, if I can call it that.

Now we need to prepare for the “Week of High Humor” festival in Jurmala. And the body too. Unfortunately, I don’t go in for sports at all. I save myself with massages. Completed a course of LPG – lipomassage, during which a white stocking is pulled over you and a device similar to a vacuum cleaner is driven over your body. You need 7-10 procedures for a good result. Not a bad thing, it really tightens up, and the skin comes in tone. And if you also eat right, then the result will be even better. I always have a bottle of water with me during the day, which I replenish from cooler to cooler. As a result, I drink about a liter – a little less, a little more – I drink a day. Not too long ago, I gave up sugar completely. True, as compensation I can afford a chocolate bar or cake for tea. I think I deserve it. Praising yourself is sometimes necessary. From time to time I try to change my habits, switch to healthy ones: lately I’ve been drinking chicory instead of coffee, let’s see what happens. “
