In hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, we are still obliged to cover our nose and mouth with a mask. The obligation was extended until September 30.
The government extended the current epidemic restrictions until September 30, including mandatory masks in hospitals and pharmacies. The regulation of the Council of Ministers on this matter was published on Monday in the Journal of Laws.
This means that it will still be necessary to cover the mouth and nose with a mask in therapeutic buildings and pharmacies.
The amended regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic emergency also provides, inter alia, restoration of the obligation to provide the service provider with the original referral for a given benefit in paper form within 14 working days of making an entry on the waiting list, as well as introducing a regulation under which the request for reinstatement on the waiting list may be reported by the recipient no later than within 14 days from the date of expiry of the right to be reinstated on this list without the necessity to prove that the failure to report was due to force majeure.
The revised ordinance will enter into force on August 31st.
