Methods of managing one’s own state are very diverse: these are methods of both indirect and direct influence, when using them, a person can be in both a passive and active position, influencing himself.

Keeping a diary is the simplest and quite effective way to manage your own state. With the help of a diary, it is convenient to track your emotional state, analyze your beliefs and experiences, get rid of resentment and create a piggy bank of positive energy.

Breathing accompanies us everywhere, perhaps that is why we do not notice how, by changing our breathing, we thereby change our state. One who is able to maintain calm breathing maintains inner peace. Even breathing with an extended exhalation helps to calm down, breathing with sharp exhalations, especially with screams, puts the body into a fighting mood. The surprised “Oh?”, as an easy way out, removes a slight offense, and the secret of the effect of singing is not so much in the words of the song, but in the combination of harmonics and in the rhythm of the breath embedded in the song.

First you need to tune in to what is in tune with the soul, and only after a couple of melodies you can gradually bring yourself to the state that is necessary.
