A spectacular bottle of Mammoth vodka is made in the shape of a mammoth tusk. The premium quality drink is made from malt alcohol and spring water from the Altai foothills. Historical reference. The idea to create a new brand of vodka called Mamont belongs to the Swedish Arctic explorer, traveler Frederik Paulsen. In 2002, he financed an expedition to the South Pole led by Artur Chilingarov. The discovery of the remains of the Yukaghir mammoth in the ice prompted the idea of ​​developing a unique recipe for Siberian vodka and creating a distribution group of companies Marussia Beverages (Netherlands).

The first batch of vodka “Mammoth” according to a patented recipe was made at JSC “Itkulsky distillery” in the summer of 2008. The distribution of the Mamont trademark in Russia and abroad was taken up by the company “Marusya Beverages RUS”.

The distillery founded by the Barnaul merchant of the 1868nd guild G.T. Bad’in in XNUMX, located in the village of Sokolovo, Altai Territory, on the banks of the Itkul River. By the end of the XNUMXth century, the Itkulsky distillery had become a powerful enterprise equipped with modern equipment.

For the production of premium vodka, this plant was not chosen by chance. It produces malt alcohol from barley and winter wheat grown by local farmers on ecologically clean lands. The malt imparts a mild flavor that is so prized in quality Russian vodka. The company uses water from the purest sources in the Altai foothills.

Alcohols of the brands “Highest Purification”, “Extra”, “Lux”, made at the “Itkulsky Distillery”, undergo a six-stage purification from fusel oils using modern technology. They are filtered on birch charcoal and saturated with silver ions.

Types of vodka “Mammoth”

“Mammoth” – premium vodka with a strength of 40%. Differs in ideal transparency and soft taste with notes of pine nuts. The drink is packaged in frosted glass bottles, made in the shape of a mammoth tusk (volume 0,5 l and 0,7 l) and packed in branded white cardboard boxes. Also on sale there are bottles of 0,7 liters in a gift box. The drink is served cold (at a temperature of +5 to +7 ºС) with hot meat dishes, game and baked fish, seafood and salads.

Mamont

Mamont Blood is an alcohol tincture with a strength of 40%, bottled in the shape of a mammoth tusk with a volume of 0,5 liters. Bitter dark cherry color is made from natural raw materials without preservatives and dyes. The drink contains 30 Karelian herbs and berries. The taste is balanced, slightly sweet, notes of red berries and fragrant herbs are felt: angelica, oregano, St. John’s wort, and others. The aftertaste is dry and long. The tincture is produced by the Petrovsky plant (Petrozavodsk, Karelia). Bitter is recommended to be served in frozen glasses of small volume; the tincture is suitable for cocktails.
