- Blockage of the drain filter with small debris.
- Bent or clogged drain hose.
How to clean the filter?
- Find the technical hatch on the front panel of the CMA at the very bottom.
- Open the hatch and unscrew the large rubber plug.
- Clean the filter mechanically by removing small debris.
- Rinse the filter under a faucet.
- Set in place.

To clean it, you need to remove the hose from the sewer pipe and the body of the Fagor washing machine. Rinse the hose under running water, reinstall and tighten the clamps tightly.
Fagor washing machine lid won’t open
Attention! If you cannot open the lid, it may be worth waiting until the wash is over – the lid will not open during the cycle.
If the wash has ended a long time ago, and the lid does not open, most likely the locking mechanism has failed or there are problems with the electronic module.
Slow door opening
This malfunction is typical for models that are equipped with soft-opening doors. A breakdown can be caused by a number of reasons:
- You haven’t used SM for a long time.
- Installed equipment in a cold place.
- The hinges are blocked by powder residue.
In this case, usually no repair is needed – the function is activated after the first opening. If the problem is in the breakdown of the mechanism itself, then it needs to be replaced.
