Making a spectacular autumn bouquet of flowers

Our tips will help you create a beautiful, cheerful flower arrangement that will decorate your home and cheer up on dull autumn days.

Autumn Bouquet

The main flowers of autumn are chrysanthemums, dahlias, asters, gladioli. All of them will look great in a mixed bouquet. Do not be afraid to overdo it – the variety of colors, shades and shapes will create a real energy cocktail for your interior. It is best if for such a prefabricated composition you take a transparent glass vase of a simple shape – it will act as a unifying element.

The summer cottage is coming to an end, which means that agricultural implements should find a new use. A tin watering can, a tub or bucket, as well as a hanging planter for the street – all these vessels can be let into the house. Filled with autumn colors, they will remind you of summer.

A small touch: place glass pebbles on the bottom in a transparent glass vase (you can buy them at Leroy Merlin, IKEA, etc.). To make them visible, clean the lower part of the stems from leaves and change the water more often. Thanks to this, the flowers will last longer and the water will not become cloudy so soon.

All Halloween fans will love the pumpkin vase. It’s easy to make – cut a square hole in the pumpkin and place a wet oasis of flowers in it. In the same way, a vase is made from a head of cabbage (see our master class).

Do not be afraid to break traditions – feel free to combine autumn flowers in one bouquet with any of those that you find in stores. Off-season carnations, lilies, and roses will benefit from the presence of chrysanthemums, berry twigs and autumn leaves. These bright touches will add an indescribable charm and individuality to an ordinary bouquet. Experiment!
