Makeup secrets from Vladivostok makeup artists

– The task of makeup was to preserve femininity and tenderness in the image of a girl with a certain aggressive brightness. As a base for makeup, I used Lightful-C-Marine-Bright-Formula-SPF-30-Moisturizer from Mac, which moisturizes and gives the skin a radiance.

The next step is to apply foundation. I used the Luminous Silk Foundation by Giorgio Armani in shade No. 5, this foundation is suitable for normal to dry skin, it does not give a matte finish, the skin looks fresh, radiant, moreover, it is completely invisible on the skin and it perfect for daily use.

Concealer Clinique Airbrush Concealer in shade No. 4 I worked on the area under the eyes, this concealer is quite light texture, it well hides light bruises under the eyes and does not dry out the skin.

I tried to keep my skin moist and radiant, so one of the most important steps is to apply the highlighter. With its help, the skin acquires a healthy and well-groomed appearance; it is also an integral element of contouring. I chose one of my favorite products, Giorgio Armani FLUID SHEER in shade # 2. Make Up For Ever SCULPTING BLUSH # 12 applied to the apples of my cheeks.

The eye makeup had to be a rich fuchsia shade with a wet finish, so I used a non-standard method – I applied Giorgio Armani lip gel in shade No. 504 Ecstasy to the movable eyelid. I used Giorgio Armani SMOOTH SILK EYE PENCIL black eyeliner in shade No. 1 along the eyelid contour of the upper and lower eyelids.

The same Giorgio Armani lip gel in shade No. 504 Ecstasy was used for the lips. I worked on the contours with the Mac Harmony blush. Giorgio Armani Loose Powder Shade # 2 was used to complete the makeup.

“Simple makeup to catch the eye and keep up with fashion.”

– If you want to create an image that would literally breathe in spring, then this is the very make-up: light, unobtrusive and emphasizing your romantic mood.

Shadows can be satin, matte or metallic – here the choice is yours. Most importantly, apply them in a very thin, translucent layer. Let this be the only accent on the face.

1. Create a base. I use CC cream, it adapts well to the characteristics of different skin types.

2. A dark liquid concealer under the cheekbone with a small cloud. Such a stroke gives the face a graphic appearance.

3. Apply a highlighter to the back of the nose and cheekbones, this will create the effect of a natural glow of the skin.

4. Wide eyebrows make the face softer, give the image a more innocent look (baby face). We paint the eyebrows. It is convenient to do this with a brush and shadows, you get soft and natural eyebrows. Do not forget that eyebrows are the most characteristic part of the face, so do not overdo it.

5. Apply plum shadows on the eyelids with a weightless cloud. Shade well.

If you have close-set eyes, you should not bring shadows to the inner corner of the eye. If, looking in the mirror, you notice that the look is inexpressive, darken the contour of the eyelashes, expanding the dark line to the outer corner, pulling it out a little.

6. Paint the eyelashes and apply a light shine to the lips.

Voila. You are spring itself!

Repeat steps 1-4 from the previous make-up. Apply a thin layer of golden shadow on the eyelids. We accentuate the crease of the upper eyelid and the contour of the lower eyelashes with bronze shadows. Apply lipstick to the lips: it is better to use a matte lipstick. I have Seventeen / Matte lipstick # 16.

– First of all, we prepare the skin for make-up and protect it from harmful effects. The base for makeup Make up forever mattifying primer (for the t-zone) and the moisturizing primer Make up forever hydrating primer for the rest of the zones, excluding the skin around the eyes, will help us with this. Further, the base for the concealer is Benefit oh-la-lift. After that, apply the tone to the entire face, including the skin around the eyes and concealer.

Apply a base under the eyeshadow (Mufe eye prime) on the eyelids. Shadows Mac paintpot constructivist – for darkening corners and Mac paintpot perky for base color. Apply Clinique extreme volume mascara to the eyelashes.

Next – the cheeks and cheekbones. Sculpting blush Nyx Taupe, apple cheek blush – Nyx mauve.

Apply a highlighter under the eyebrow, in the inner corners of the eyes and on the check mark above the upper lip. Cover the lips with Innisfree matte lipstick, color peach No. 18.

– Preparing the skin for makeup. If you have dry skin, you can use milk or special oil to cleanse your face. If the skin is oily or combination, toner, micellar water, and washing gel are suitable for cleansing. For normal skin, any of the products will work, but it is advisable to opt for something lighter.

Apply Jane Iredale Smooth Affair Makeup Base. We even out the tone of the face using foundation. If the skin is problematic, then we apply a denser or pigmented corrector to these places. Highlight the area under the eyes with Active Light Under-eye Concealer No.2 by Jane Iredale. We finish to even out the tone of the face with powder. If the skin is prone to dryness, powder can be skipped.

Sculpting the face. Our face is not flat, but has its own relief, so we need to emphasize this in our favor. For the sculpting, I used Jane Iredale’s 4 Colored Bronze in Sunbeam. Apply a light color over the cheekbones, in the middle of the nose (if the nose is crooked, it is better not to do this), under the eyebrow, on the corners of the eyes, on the dimple above the upper lip and on the chin. The intermediate color is in the middle of the cheekbone, and the dark color is under the cheekbones, on the wings of the nose, the hairline. This is a versatile sculpting scheme for any face shape.

Shaping the eyebrows. The main rule is that we start drawing not from the beginning of the eyebrow, but stepping back a little. We select the color one shade lighter than the hair. We draw with strokes, carefully shade. Comb the hairs with a brush, fix with wax if necessary.

Moving on to eye makeup. Apply a neutral ivory color to the entire eyelid, including the lower border. Apply shadows to the eyes using a thin flat brush.

The last stage is bright lips. A little secret: in order for the lipstick to last longer, it is necessary to degrease the surface of the lips with a tonic, and then apply the lipstick. I used lipstick from the budget company REVLON. It has a great bright color, but one drawback is that it spreads very quickly, so I have to use a contour pencil, which I rarely use in everyday life. I chose a Yves Saint Laurent pencil. Then I applied color with a lipstick brush. Blotting lips with a tissue and reapplying lipstick will increase the hold.

And voila – bright and attractive spring makeup is ready!

– The problem of impending eyelids is familiar to many women: both in age and very young people. Due to the shape of the eyelid, the look seems sad and tired. Eye makeup “drooping eyelid” is able to transform your eyes, visually removing swelling. To do this, you don’t need to be a sorceress, but just have the right tools at hand: eye shadows of different shades, eyeliner, mascara, eyelash curlers, and a makeup brush.

The shades of purple, pink, golden shades are best for you. As a rule, pink and purple colors, if applied incorrectly, give the eyes a tear-stained look, but not for girls with drooping eyelids! On the contrary, these colors refresh the face and open the eyes.

1. For a start – the basis. For young skin, it will be enough to apply a light moisturizer before applying the tone. We choose the tone, not only by the shade, but also by the type of skin.

2. Getting started with eye makeup. Apply a medium tone to the entire eyelid. The lightest is on the inner region of the eyelid. Closer to the outer edge – a darker shade. Try to smooth out the transition between colors by using a special blending brush. For evening make-up, I recommend combining matte and pearlescent shadows. Mother of pearl is best applied to the center of the eyelid.

3. In evening make-up, the eyes should be bright and expressive, do not be afraid to draw lines along the eyelid that reveal the look. The main thing in this makeup is to blend well all the upper boundaries.

4. Curly arrows on the eyes will also help to lift the eyelid. However, they are best applied only to the outer corner of the eyelid. Lines can be drawn either with a pencil or with black or dark shadows. Do not forget to shade the resulting arrows. This will make your eyes look softer and more natural.

5. I also recommend applying dark shadows or pencil on the lower eyelid. But only at the outer corner. To hide the swelling of the overhanging eyelid, use a curling iron for eyelashes: they will take the desired shape and you can easily paint them.

– To even out the tone, apply a tonal base, fix it with a thin layer of loose powder. Highlight the cheekbones with dark powder, adding relief.

Moving on to eye makeup: prepare the eyelid, apply the base under the shadow. We take any light matte shade and apply it to the entire movable eyelid. With a matte brown color we shade the fold of the upper eyelid and – a little – the lower eyelid.

Let’s move on to the curly arrow. We take any permanent eyeliner. We draw an ordinary arrow, starting from the outer corner, that is, the “tail” of the arrow, it is better to immediately outline the tail on both eyes, for symmetry. Then we draw a line from the inner corner of the eye to the middle, connect it to the tip of the arrow. Then, with eyes open on a motionless eyelid, along the fold line, starting from the tip of the arrow, draw a line almost to the highest point of the eyelid. Next, with our eyes closed, we connect the line on the motionless eyelid with the main arrow with a smooth rounded line and sketch the resulting space with an eyeliner.

On the cheekbone we apply sparkles of different sizes, in this case gold. You can apply some hairspray to your skin to keep the glitter in place.

We paint the lips with any light gloss, and for showiness, you can also apply glitter to the middle of the lips.

– Colored arrows are a spectacular and easy way to diversify your daily makeup. In this case, the main thing is “stable hands” and dexterity.

To prepare a decent base for such a bold accent color, I have used a lot of reflective textures that allow for a fresh look and make-up “no makeup”. The product Kryolan shimmering event foundation golden beige was used as a base. For soft highlighting of the face – Kryolan HD tone with a soft brush, practically nullifying the periphery of the face.

We do light contouring with a creamy product of a very dark color: Kryolan Derma color Light No. 12. There is no need to be afraid of it, it is shaded very softly, without creating any unpleasant stains. On the cheeks, chin and nose, we apply blush contrasting to the color of our future arrows. In this particular case, I used The Balm Hot Mama.

Apply the Bodyshop tint balm to the lips, its texture contributes to a fresh and youthful look, not to mention the fact that it nourishes and protects the lips from external troubles.

I drew wide arrows, playing with the retro theme with the help of Kryolan face painting in neon color, and duplicated on top with bright blue shadows. The finishing touch is black ink. The perfect makeup for summer parties is ready!

– First, we moisturize the skin of the face and lips so that the foundation lies smoother, and the lipstick does not emphasize peeling. Then we apply a light foundation with a suitable shade on the face and upper part of the neck and work on the area under the eyes with a concealer.

After that, powder the forehead, nose and chin with loose powder and slightly shade the cheekbones with a gray-brown corrective powder. Apply lighting peach blush to the apples of the cheeks and add some highlighter to the top of the cheekbone and the inner corner of the eye for a subtle glow.

Then – the turn of the eyebrows: fill in the gaps between the hairs with a dark brown pencil and fix the eyebrows with transparent eyebrow gel. In the outer corner of the eye and on the lower eyelid, apply olive-colored shadows and draw a neat arrow of a dark green shade.

We paint over the upper and lower eyelashes well with black ink. At the very end, we apply a moisturizing red lipstick on the lips.

– We cleanse the skin with micellar water using a cotton pad, then apply a moisturizing makeup base (MakeUpForEver High Definition Primer No. 0) on the skin under the eyes, cheeks and lips, and matting on the T-zone: forehead, nose, chin (MakeUpForEver ALL MAT ).

To hide dark circles under the eyes, I used MakeUpForEver (Anticernes Tenseur Lift Concealer # 1). For imperfections like visible blemishes and pimples, I used beige and green from Catrice’s Allround Concealer palette, blending them together and applying spot-ons to blend in with the skin.

Next, level out the skin tone with a foundation. We apply the tone, starting from the forehead, and gradually go down below, carefully shading the product with a sponge. To fix the tone, I used MakeUpForEver Pro Finish No. 113. It is also important to fix the tone under the eyes with a weightless layer of powder in order to exclude the collection of tone in mimic wrinkles.

Next, we make face modeling. Here I modeled with a dry brown powder from Bobbi Brown (Bronzing Powder Golden Light 1). Apply it with a beveled brush for dry face correction, first on the temporal cavities, shade to the periphery and the scalp, emphasize the cheekbones, nose, and slightly jaw lines, outlining the oval of the face. No clear lines! All with maximum shading from the main dark “spot”.

Next, we take the shimmery powder and put highlights on the desired zones: the middle of the forehead, the area under the eyebrow, the tip of the nose, the highest part of the cheekbone, the edge of the upper lip and slightly on the chin.

In my eye makeup, I used MakeUp Atelier Eyeshadow Palette # T08 from light golden to dark green. Also used shades of pale orange from the palette of the same company No. T04. I ran a special beige pencil along the mucous membrane of the lower eyelid, this will visually open the eye, making it even larger.

Next, draw the eyelash line with a thin brush using waterproof creamy blacks. We paint the eyelashes with waterproof black ink. Apply a warm salmon color to the lips from the MakeUpForEver palette (Rouge Artist Palette # 06). The blush is also in a warm shade of peach from Era Minerals (Matte Blush Favori # 105).

The finishing touch is the KIKO Face MakeUp fixer, which I sprayed on the girl’s face at a distance of about 30 cm.
