– I remember how in childhood my grandmother took juice from the sprouts of aloe vera and smeared their wounds with it. This plant is still (more than 20 years old!) In our house. We recently tested luxury makeup removers (you can read about them here), and today the topic is inexpensive makeup remover products.

Expectations: the cleanser of the popular Korean brand Holika Holika attracts with its packaging: a sprout of aloe vera is painted in a transparent tube. I rarely use milk or foam to remove makeup, prefer tonics or wet wipes. But for the sake of experiment, I went out of my comfort zone for two weeks.

Reality: Cleansing Foam with 99% Jeju Aloe Vera Juice has a pleasant scent – plus a point! I tried applying the product to a cotton pad to cleanse my eye makeup, and the product did a great job with evening makeup.

If, at the suggestion of the manufacturer, a small amount of foam is whipped into foam, applied to the face, the makeup cannot be completely removed – you have to remove the excess with a cotton pad or napkin. And, by the way, Holika Holika copes with skin cleansing, without makeup, 100%, the product does not dry the skin at all.

Evaluation: 9 out of 10 points. Taking off a point for excess makeup.

– I take the process of cleansing the skin very seriously. To be honest, I have tried a lot of tools and now I can call myself an expert in this area. During the time I was looking through beauty products in search of my ideal assistant, I came to the conclusion that a high price does not always guarantee good quality and excellent results. And the Diademine cleansing gel is another confirmation of this.

Expectation: undoubtedly, I prefer those products that are suitable for sensitive skin prone to allergies. It is very important for me that the product appeals to my capricious skin and does not cause discomfort. And if at the same time he still has a leaving and restorative effect, then he is guaranteed the first place among my beauty favorites!

Reality: Let’s start with the fact that the cleansing gel is in a very convenient 200 ml bottle, with a dispenser that allows you to squeeze out exactly as much of the product as you need for one application with one click.

Secondly, many, purchasing this product, took it exactly for a gel for washing and subsequently were disappointed in this product, because the results did not meet expectations. First of all, I studied the instructions, where the composition is described in sufficient detail and it is indicated that this is a cleanser for removing makeup, which, accordingly, needs to be applied with cotton pads. Therefore, I had no problems using it. The only thing, contrary to the instructions, I still had to wash off the gel, otherwise there was a feeling of the presence of something foreign on the skin.

In all other respects, I was completely satisfied with the product. The product has a subtle pleasant scent, gently removes makeup without leaving streaks and streaks, and, which is especially important for me, does not dry out the skin and does not cause discomfort.

Well, the promises of the manufacturers that the gel contains 110 drops of moisturizing oil and is perfect for the delicate skin around the eyes, I finally won over. I think this is a great product at a reasonable price. Copes with its task on a solid four.

Rating: 9 out of 10. An excellent product for its price. I took a point just because I still have to wash it off.

– Korean cosmetics are still at their peak. Numerous positive reviews on the Internet speak volumes. Such cosmetics, surprisingly, are inexpensive, but at the same time they give stunning results. Unfortunately, I didn’t often have the opportunity to try Korean miracle products, since basically my preferences in the beauty industry had been formed a long time ago. And Korean cosmetics, despite the reviews, raises my doubts. Apart from quite good lip balms and hand creams, I have not tried anything. But for the test I got a foam for washing the skinlite brand unknown to me. And, oddly enough, I was satisfied.

Expectations: for testing I got Skinlite foam for washing with natural extracts of bamboo and honey. I expected a high-quality cleansing from her, as, indeed, from all other similar means. At the same time, I always choose the care very carefully, since my skin is very capricious, it often becomes irritated if the cosmetics do not suit me. So the list of my requirements for the product also includes the absence of aggressive ingredients and the gentle action.

Reality: the foam was really very soft. It lathers well and cleans the skin of impurities well. But with the removal of makeup from the eyes, a small problem arose: from the first time the mascara categorically did not want to wash off. The texture of the product is very pleasant, gel, but at the same time it is washed off very quickly and without problems with water. After washing the skin, the skin was cleaned by five. But there was also a minus in such cleansing: a feeling of tightness appeared. True, I easily defeated him with the help of a tonic and my favorite watermelon cream.

Rating: 9 out of 10. An excellent washbasin for its 200 rubles. Confused only by the composition and slight discomfort after washing.

– I used to use exclusively gels for washing, it seemed that the milk does not cleanse the skin as well, and even more so it removes makeup badly. It turned out that everything depends on the chosen remedy.

Expectations: I had high hopes for Yves Rocher milk, because unlike a gel for washing, milk also has a moisturizing effect. I must say, in winter this is a big plus.

Reality: In general, I liked the tool. The milk has a non-greasy light texture, the smell is milky-creamy, pleasant. Perfectly copes with its duties – cleanses the skin, removes makeup and at the same time perfectly softens. It feels very comfortable after use. The skin remains hydrated for a long time. I have it combined, I am glad that the milk does not add fat to it. Apparently, this line suits me.

Evaluation: I give 10 out of 10 for gentle and pleasant care.

– I have known Oriflame products almost from the moment they appeared in our wide and immense range. During this time, a lot of things have been tried. Something was disappointing, but something permanently settled on my makeup table.

Expectations: in a word, I took pleasure in testing a new tool of this brand. Cosmetologists assure that the cream effectively removes impurities, refreshes and eliminates the feeling of tightness of the facial skin.

Reality: I will honestly say that I didn’t start a test of endurance for the cream. Pre-removed makeup with micellar water and only then proceeded to the second phase of cleansing using Love Nature Creamy Cleanser Olive Oil.

A few strokes with a cotton pad, then a few more and more … After 3 minutes, the foundation, as well as the remnants of blush, mascara and shadows, were completely removed from the face.

After use, the skin was covered with a thin film. She also neutralized the feeling of tightness that usually occurs after using the cleansers. At the same time, there was a feeling that the skin did not seem to breathe, which, however, disappeared immediately after washing with cool water.

Evaluation: 8 out of 10 points. In general, I am satisfied.
