This New Year’s Eve you have two makeup options: saturated with bright colors or discreet, in brown (woody) tones.
Brown the color is the closest to our skin color, therefore it suits absolutely any eye color. It looks especially contrasting and advantageous with blue eyes, if you add a brick or gold hue to brown.
Bright and not casual colors suitable for girls with a bright appearance and will look great both with a classic black dress and in tone with the outfit. For example, a yellow dress to the floor and bright carrot lips, or a green outfit and purple smokey eyes.

For eye makeup, both natural warm beige, brown and bright natural colors: green, blue. Eye shadows can be chosen in plum, brown or dark blue shades. They can be either matte or glitter. But if the makeup is age-related, then it is better to refrain from glittering shadows and focus on the lips.
If you are not used to such a “riot of colors”, then classic, conservative makeup is always relevant. However, it can also be played up in a festive version: bright lips and a small accent on the eyes, which will help create false eyelashes at the corners of the eyes. This will give the look expressiveness and a solemn look.
