To present the new collection, Clarans make-up artists created the perfect tone and two feminine looks. By what means and how? Woman’s Day editors know the answer to this question.
The spring-summer show CHAPURIN HAUTE COUTURE 2015 was held the other day. The designer opened the show with fifteen looks that are stylistically associated with the brightest models of his past collections. A recognizable architectural cut, perfect clarity of lines and an eclectic mix of styles reveal the creative method of Igor Chapurin.
Two make-ups were chosen for the show, reflecting the essence of the striking collection. Olga Komrakova, lead makeup artist at Clarins Russia, told how to create beauty looks from the catwalk:
“The heroine of the Chapurin haute couture 2015 show is elegant and luxurious, her uniqueness is timeless and not subject to changeable fashion moods. This fragile girl has a truly strong character, she inspires and leads, reminding us of the eternal values of true beauty. Two images. Two facets of femininity. Two stories of the life of one heroine. “
Perfectly smooth, satin skin, sculpted by the play of light and shadow, and a bold curve of expressive eyebrows are a kind of canvas for unique strokes of two makeup looks in the smallest, perfectly detailed details.
To create the perfect tone, makeup artists used: Haute Tenu Foundation, Instant Concealer, Ever Matte Compact Mineral Powder, Bronzing Duo Mineral Powder, Ecru Satin Shadows from Garden E highlighter, Crayon Sourcils eyebrow pencil and Double Fix’Mascara.
An open, radiant look, full lips, invitingly teasing with a scarlet gloss – this is the makeup that complements the appearance of models in red. Red – the timeless classic from Igor Chapurin and the iconic color of Clarins – merge together in luxurious graphic images.
For your first look: Eclat Minute Smoothing Foundation, 3-Dot Liner, Ecru Satin Eyeshadow from the Garden Escape Collectible Eye Palette, wet applied with Fix’Make up, Be Long Mascara, lip pencil Crayon Levres 02, Ruby, nourishing lipstick Rouge Eclat 11, Passion Red and lip gloss Gloss Prodige 12, Crystal.
A deep and piercing look, framed by a multifaceted emerald overflow, a light pink blush and a muted shine of transparent beige on the lips – such is the heroine, demonstrating black in its stunning, mesmerizing depth.
