Light shadows should be applied to the absorbed base. For a dramatic look, it is recommended to use two shades of eyeshadow of the same color: dark and light. If you choose beige shades, your makeup will turn out to be airy and almost invisible, which is ideal for a daytime version. Apply a light shade to the entire eyelid, and with a dark shade you need to shade the corner of the eye. Dark shadows should be shaded with a brush or applicator so that there is no sharp color border. After the eyeshadow, paint your eyes with mascara.
In summer, it is advisable to use persistent loose or baked eyeshadows, and in the cold season, you can use creamy shadows.
Whether to use eyeliner or not is up to you, and sometimes it depends on a particular look. In any case, in order to create the right makeup, you will have to learn to draw your eyes for a long time, because sooner or later, clear lines in front of your eyes will come in handy. Depending on the desired intensity, they paint with a pencil over the shadows or under them, violating the correct sequence of the makeup technique.
The easiest way to do the eyeliner is with a pencil, since they can draw clear arrows and shade smokey ice. A beautiful line is obtained if you apply it in a continuous movement from the inner corner of the eye to the outer one. If you do not want to draw clear arrows, you do not need to make the line thicker: just blend with a brush where you need it.
It is best to do blurry lines with shadows, applying them over a pencil, then the border will be almost invisible.
Classic smoky ice is a shading of a thickly colored black pencil on a shade of a lighter charcoal shade.
