Action.Waterproof cosmetics have a lower water content. There is much more of it in conventional products. The durability of such cosmetics is based on special insoluble polymers, silicones, vegetable oils, resin or wax, which, during their “stay” on the skin, create a protective, impermeable barrier on its surface.
