Dry skin needs special care. And any competent skin care includes not only cosmetics, but food. That will help to saturate with moisture your dry skin in the first place?
Water
Hydrated and nourished skin is impossible without the restoration of water balance in the body, so be sure to drink at least 2 litres of water a day, or the amount that you will be comfortable. Keep in mind that coffee and tea dehydrate the body, like exercise.
Fruit
Fruits are the main source of vitamins C and E and monounsaturated fat (avocado), which help the skin to retain moisture and remain elastic. Useful for dry skin are mango, pineapple, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, watermelon.
Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables
Products of orange and yellow colors are composed of the antioxidant beta-carotene, which protects skin from the harmful effects of the environment, which is cold, and dust, and radiation. Also, these fruits and vegetables are sources of vitamins A and C, which will help to refresh the cells of the skin and cause greater production of collagen in the body.
Spinach and cabbage
These products are sources of iron, fatty acids and vitamins A, C and E that will help to significantly strengthen the skin and make it supple. Spinach and Kale contain folate, which accelerate the process of wound healing and skin regeneration.
Vegetable oil
As a source of healthy fats, acids and vitamin E, vegetable oils contribute to the improvement of the quality and hydration of the skin. This is assuming that the product is fresh and high quality. It is recommended to use such oils as olive, Flaxseed, pumpkin, hemp, sesame and evening primrose oil.
Fatty fish

Nuts
Nuts – a great snack for those who have dry skin. They contain fatty acids omega-3, vitamins a, b, E, monounsaturated fats, trace minerals and antioxidants. Due to the fact that nuts are high in calories, do not get this snack.
Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds contain zinc that helps in production of collagen and moisturizing the skin cells. Zinc is also beneficial to the health of inflamed skin – helps reduce redness and swelling, promotes healing of small cracks.
Herbal tea
Some herbs have the ability to retain water and moisturize the skin, while it does not contain caffeine, which causes loss of fluid. Replace the traditional herbal tea with the one with moisturizing properties and enjoy the results.
