How nice to yell under the shower!

If you don’t pour cold water on yourself, it’s because you either haven’t tried it , or doused incorrectly. Then I’ll tell you how to do it right.

First, warm up. If you have done a half-hour run, if you have physically warmed up, the joints are already alive, you have breathed properly — you have warmed up. And you can get in the shower!

The shower also starts with a hot shower. That is, a comfortable temperature, but warmer to warm yourself up as much as possible.

Now — a very important point: hard rubbing! Once I bought brushes for combing hair from dogs, they are made of plastic — and since then I have not found anything better for rubbing the body. Without water, rubbing them feels not very pleasant, but under water — the body just sings! So, under hot water, they rubbed the whole body to go into the state of a pink pig. This means that you have revived your vessels.

You may think that the movement of blood through your vessels is provided by the work of the heart — but this is not entirely true. The body and the head — yes, this is the territory under the control of the heart, but the power of the heart is no longer enough for the arms and legs. Blood reaches the extremities as a result of the work of your vessels, which work, contract and push blood like small hearts. But they do this only while they are alert and alive, and they need help. Rub yourself every day so that fresh blood flows through your vessels, nourishes them, and the vessels rejuvenate your entire body!

We rubbed it, now we pour cold, very cold, maximally icy water into the bucket. The colder, the better: cool water cools the body, but does not invigorate, and ice water launches the internal reserves of the body, adrenaline and endorphins are injected into the blood — hormones of energy and joy, and you just do not freeze, but warm up from the inside.

While the water is pouring, do a full yogi breath and you can train the press, drawing it in to the fullest. The bucket is ready, sit down, exhale (exhale!) — rise on a pause, begin to inhale (on inhale!) Overturn the bucket on your head and face, trying to reach for this water falling on you, collect it as much as possible with your body — and put it already empty bucket along with exhalation. Exhalation! Unbent (inhale) — there is! We rub our face and shoulders with our hands, the height is taken!

Yes, when pouring, be sure to pour over your head. Pouring on your chest is a very controversial and not the most pleasant practice. Lastly, put on a shower cap, but it’s your head that needs to take the hit of the ice cold water!

We take pre-prepared hard terry towels, rub the whole body tightly again: rub the face again this time with a towel, the face is completely alive, then rub the whole body with another towel — and you are ready for life!

There are pull-ups on the bar left — and there is no one more beautiful and more cheerful than you!

Cold water dousing is both a hardening and healing procedure recommended at the onset of colds. There is no danger of getting sick, and the fact that it is cold is just a glitch from fear. Start splashing in ice cold water in the summer and it will soon become as much a favorite start to the day as stretching, smiling and washing up.

Alternatively, instead of dousing, you can use a contrast shower: hot water for 15 seconds, cold water for 15 seconds. And so several times. Finish with cold water. If the body is unusual, you can start with a small temperature difference and slowly move on to more contrasting ones. Convenient for girls — you can not wet your head.

As practice shows, after a good physical exercise, cold water is pleasant, and a regular contrast shower strengthens the immune system.
