Knowing all the Galician products in one place is already possible in the heart of the Crystal City
Throughout two weeks that begin today August 17, and until the next day 30, Made in GALICIA, is installed on the sidewalks of Mendez Nuñez gardens in the city of La Coruña.
It will be two intense weeks where artisans and producers from the 4 Galician regions will offer and show their products to the visitor to make known all the rigor, perseverance and good work of the Galician crafts and gastronomy.
It is this edition of the fair event, there will be a total of 55 Galician exhibitors who will show food products one of the most varied, traditional and gourmet, fresh and packaged, with a denomination of origin of one of the geographically certified as:
- Liquors and spirits from Galicia (herbs, coffee and pomace)
- Galician beef or Lacón
- Cheeses of “Cebreiro”, “Arzúa-Ulloa”, “San Simón” or “Tetilla”
- Peppers, Honey, Grelos or Galician castallas
- Wines of “Rias Baixas ”,“ Ribeiro ”,“ Ribera Sacra ”or“ Valdeorras“
- Mussel of the Rías de Ares-Sada, Ría de Muros-Noia, Ría de Arousa, Ría de Pontevedra or Ría de Vigo.
Along with the list of food products, the gastronomic activity of the exhibition is completed with the art of designing products made by hand, fashion and crafts.
Beyond the textile potential of Galician Brands
The potential of Galician brands is already a reality, and from the organization of the Made in Galicia event, it seeks to continue promoting and disseminating its growing potential, in terms of entrepreneurship and business creation beyond the textile that has “colonized the whole planet hand in hand with the famous “Inditex” (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarios, Osyo, Pull & Bear) or “Adolfo Dominguez”.
Innovation is one of the highlights of the Galician creative activity and throughout the fifty exhibitors that will be installed these days in La Coruña, we will see how and in what way they develop, create and innovate their products.
Among the novelties of this edition, we will see a group of young entrepreneurs who have put into circulation a series of brands and design products, which are sure to take advantage of this meeting to publicize the magnificent collection they present.
