For two servings you will need: – 2 mackerel; – garlic 2-3 cloves; – vegetable oil 2 tablespoons; – juice of one lemon; – greens; – salt, allspice peas. First you need to thoroughly rinse the fish, remove the gills and internal organs. It is recommended to wash in cold water. While the fish is drying, you can make a spicy mixture. To do this, you need to pass the garlic through a press, mix it with crushed allspice and salt. Dilute the mixture with lemon juice and vegetable oil until smooth. Put chopped greens and a spicy mixture into the fish. You can also spread it over the top of the mackerel. Next, you need to wrap each fish in several layers of foil separately. Then leave it to rest for 20-30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180-200 ° С. Mackerel is best combined with herbs that have a pungent aroma. You can cook it with parsley, cilantro, fresh rosemary.
