PSYchology

Is your home in chaos, and you don’t have enough time or energy to clean up? The thing is that you do not love yourself enough, Marla Seeley is sure.

This book is not needed for people who are organized from birth (or OR, as their author calls it). It is for those who feel like an outcast in a world filled with these OPs. Who is tired of the chaos in his house and inside himself, who suffers from the “God forbid, someone will come in” syndrome (and see my bedlam). Marla Seeley claims that she herself was like that. Whether this is true or just a spectacular move, it doesn’t matter. The main thing is that she came up with an effective system for curbing this chaos, which many women around the world follow with pleasure. The system is called Flylady (from the English fly — “to fly”), because Marla does not teach at all how to cope with cleaning the house, her credo is How to Love Yourself and Fly. At first, what she offers may seem like glamorous nonsense. For example, be sure to wear shoes at home and do makeup. But gradually it becomes clear that Scilly draws us into a witty and quite a psychological game. And if you play according to its clear and extremely simple rules, then, you see, indeed the space around and inside us will begin to clear.
