One of the main reasons for the formation of wrinkles is a violation of the outflow of lymph. How does this happen? The muscles of the face tense up, fluid accumulates in the place of tension, and under its pressure a “hall” is formed. To prevent the formation of new wrinkles, you need to improve the outflow of lymph from the face – and enjoy the natural radiance and beauty of the skin. There are ways to achieve this on your own.
Gymnastics for the neck and shoulders
First of all – and this is what many experts in the beauty industry say – you need to work on your posture. The beauty of the face begins with the relaxation of the neck and shoulders. If they have tension, it:
- “rises”, that is, it spreads to the tissues of the head, in particular, to the muscles of the face;
- changes the position of the head, facial muscles “adapt” to the wrong position, facial features change, wrinkles appear.
Therefore, the first and main means of dealing with nasolabial folds and crow’s feet is exercises for the neck and shoulders. They will remove the usual muscle clamps. And the practice of Qigong Sing Shen Juang is great to deal with wrinkles and make the skin of the face beautiful and radiant.
To evaluate the effectiveness of the complex, I propose to do one – the simplest – exercise course for relaxing the seventh cervical vertebra:
- Stand up straight, put your feet as close as possible, relax your knees and bend them a little. Palms – at the waist;
- Move your attention to the top of your head, feel how it is reaching up – as if someone is gently pulling on the hair;
- Start making a rotation as if the top of your head describes a circle with a radius of several centimeters. The head does not tilt back, does not hang forward – the amplitude is very small, the neck remains free and long.
- Bring your attention to the region of the seventh cervical vertebra – this is the base of the neck. He usually shows up a little. Ask yourself the question – how can I make this rotation even more relaxed, soft, free? Make several rotations in one direction and the other. This movement will release the muscles around the seventh cervical, relaxing the neck, shoulders and head muscles.
Taping – for going out
If tomorrow you have a date, a solemn appearance in people – and sooner or later we will all be able to visit and attend events again – the taping technique will help: it will smooth out the nasolabial folds, tighten the oval of the face.
What is taping? This is the fixation of muscles with the help of special patches – teips. By fixing one or another muscle of the face, we will provide excellent lymphatic drainage of this area.
All that is needed for this is teips, which are sold in sports stores, scissors and – an interest in the process.
- Cut the tapes into strips about 1 cm wide. Usually there are markings on the patches that allow you to do this easily and quickly.
- Now measure the length of the strip: from the place where the nasolabial fold is formed, to the bone in front of the ear tragus.
- Start pasting. Please note that when sticking teips, you can not stretch the skin. We glue the beginning of the tape above the nasolabial fold, release the tape from the paper base, set it in the right direction (towards the ear tragus) and gently iron the tape in the direction from the cheek to the ear.
- Stick three strips on one cheek, one under the other.
Such taping can be done at night: you can sleep in teips for a maximum of 8 hours. And in the morning you will wake up fresh and radiant, ready for a solemn event.
