Why does lower back hurt during pregnancy?

How to get rid of lower back pain during pregnancy?
How you deal with pain depends on the underlying causes.
- During early pregnancy, it is necessary to try to relieve the tone of the uterus. To do this, you need to lie down and relax, trying to breathe deeply and measuredly. Special drugs that relax the uterus can only be taken as directed by a doctor.
- In the third trimester, a support bandage helps to relieve the load from the back. It must be worn throughout the day.
- If you suspect kidney disease, you need to see a doctor for an examination. You will need to pass urine for analysis, undergo an ultrasound scan.
A light lumbar massage and a warm bath will also help relieve discomfort.
Swimming will help strengthen your back and make your body more resilient. But pregnant women can visit the pool only with the permission of a doctor and subject to excellent health.
Even if a woman has never experienced back pain before, during pregnancy, the lower back can make itself felt. This is due to the high load on the body during the period of expectation of the child.
