As recent studies have shown, this property is possessed by nicotinamide (aka vitamin PP, aka vitamin B3, aka niacin and niacin). Its effect is that, taking part in a number of metabolic processes in the body, niacin affects insulin levels and, as a result, weight.

The first place in the content of nicotinoamide and other usefulness is corn, 100 g of which contains 10% of the daily value of niacin. “With two cobs a day, we can fully provide the body with this substance, which, through complex biochemical reactions, helps to lose weight,” says Elena Malysheva.

In second place – avocado… Moreover, in terms of the content of a wonderful substance-fat burner, it is in no way inferior to corn (in 100 g of avocado – 10% of the daily value). It ranks lower because of its high oiliness (20 g of fat in 100 g of avocado) and calorie content (about 200 kcal in 100 g). “If you ate an avocado, there will be happiness,” added the presenter, thereby reminding us that this fruit produces serotonin.

Nicotinoamide not only promotes weight regulation, it is also an excellent calmness regulator that can help fight depression. It is involved in two processes simultaneously: the extraction of energy from the body (fat) and the production of a number of hormones, including the hormone of happiness – serotonin. And when there is a deficiency of nicotinoamide in the body, he has to solve a dilemma: either to extract energy by burning fat, or to produce the hormone of happiness. The priority is to extract energy, without it the body dies. And the hormone of happiness is not enough, and we plunge into depression. By eating two avocados a day, you will provide yourself with not only energy, but also a good mood.

The third food high in niacin is tomatoes… Vitamin PP contained in tomatoes normalizes fat metabolism, lowers blood cholesterol levels, restores vascular elasticity, normalizes metabolism and promotes weight loss.

In addition, tomatoes are an excellent source of lycopene, which reduces the risk of prostate adenoma in men and the risk of cancer in women by 20%.

Studies on the effects of nicotinoamide on the body were carried out in mice. What happened to the test subjects? Some mice were fed food with a high content of nicotinoamide, and in the second group this substance was excluded from the diet. As a result, mice that did not receive nicotinoamide weighed 60% more than those that did not.
