Losing weight on “Feng Shui”

It turns out that our apartment may be to blame for the fact that we are gaining extra weight. Or rather, the design of our housing. According to experts, the wrong design of the apartment also affects our weight.

So, what needs to be changed in the apartment to stop gaining extra pounds and start dropping them?

1. The first thing to do is to look at the walls, or rather, at their color. Everyone knows that one color improves appetite, the other – reduces. Let’s see, what tones reduce the appetite? These are blue, cyan, green, and transitional – blue-purple, blue-green, i.e. cold tones. For example, red excites the appetite and increases the secretion of the digestive glands, while cold colors, on the contrary, calm the appetite. And the warm colors are: red, orange, yellow and intermediate shades.

2. Next, you need to open the curtains and blinds. Scientists have found that when it is dark, a person’s metabolism decreases, respectively, a decrease in metabolism leads to the appearance of extra pounds. In daylight, a person produces serotonin, which is also called the pleasure hormone. And let it be the pleasure of sunlight, rather than the pleasure of food.

3. Change the plates and glasses to smaller ones.  It is better to replace plates and glasses with those that have a narrower bottom. Thus, your portions will become a little smaller and you will get a shortage of calories.

4. Place the food in the refrigerator correctly. When you want a snack, you go to the refrigerator and open it. What products do you take? In most cases, the ones that lie on the shelf at eye level. What do you have on this shelf? Sausage, cheese, etc. Put kefir, yoghurts, vegetables and fruits on this shelf. Then the chance to take them increases, and the calorie content of the snack decreases.

5. Put an aroma lamp in the kitchen. Scientists have found that some smells stimulate the appetite, such as the smell of lemon, orange, grapefruit, etc., and some smells, on the contrary, reduce the appetite – for example, the aroma of vanilla.
