Losing weight by the summer. Week 5: away from home

This week, two of our heroines and the winners of the Woman’s Day website contest received new assignments from the #Sect School of the Perfect Body. But circumstances forced them to break the rules.

Tina Pepelyaeva, 30 years old: a feeling of lightness and passion for waffles

This is a terrible word DETOX … By the fifth week I approached with horror: running a little ahead, I found out that there would be a complete rejection of meat and dairy products. It was scary, because I just got used to combining meat and milk with vegetables correctly (and I liked it so much!). I was whining all day in the chat that I would die without meat. But then I suddenly remembered that before pregnancy I had observed Great Lent for several years (and then I did not know that there were so many new products). She gathered her tears into a fist and began to tune in.

I bought tofu, soy meat, discovered delicious spelled. Probably back in the recent 80s and 90s it would have been oh how difficult it was to live in the #Cect style because of the empty shelves. And now there are absolutely no problems with this. By the way, I dare say that we were offered a complete rejection of animal products only at our own request. The main task was to analyze their diaries and exclude frequently encountered animal products. I cooked soy meat so deliciously that I didn’t really notice the lack of meat dishes! And the pace of life did not allow me to think about food.

5 week: only cereals and vegetables. Cheese and fermented baked milk – for the family

Out of plan… Difficulties began in the middle of the week – the May holidays and the opening of the summer cottage season. At the dacha, there is no opportunity to prepare a lot of various dishes for oneself, due to the lack of time and the lack of 4 burners on the stove. I cooked some spelled and some soup with me for a few days. I also took a jar of soy meat and salads. I ate it all for three days .. Naturally, I’m tired of it! On Friday, a terrible sore throat and fever were added. In general, on Sunday there was a thunder! My slender husband and older daughter bought the freshest fragrant waffles from a local shop. On Sunday, I had a kebab with sauce planned as a treat, and then I got these waffles! But I ate them with such appetite and high as never before! In the city with its food variety, I have not had such a passion for waffles. After analyzing the situation, I realized that food monotony is to blame for everything. The girls in the chat said, “Don’t be upset!”

The best part is that these wonderful waffles did not affect the result in any way. The weight continues to decrease a little, I bloom and bloom!

I recommend everyone to practice temporary rest for their digestive tract – to switch to light food for several days, especially in summer, when there are a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Result of the week: -1 kg. The overall result by weight in 5 weeks is 5,5 kg. The feeling of lightness and pride continues to grow!

Ivanna Blinova, 18 years old: ate rarely and harmful

Detox week caught me hitchhiking around Russia. My friends and I ate what we had to eat, and I didn’t even follow the basic rules, let alone detox. True, I tried to eat oatmeal in the morning, but it soon ended. We used to have breakfast with the people we lived with and ate what they gave us. Or we went to some food court, as it usually works 24 hours (we got up very early to be in time). It’s cheap and there is always wi-fi. At the start of the trip, I brewed oatmeal right there. I must admit, after that I ate some more toast with cheese, since after breakfast we set off on the road, in which we spent 15 hours.

I missed buckwheat. It is not known when the opportunity to eat will be presented, so we ate in the morning. There was no talk of morning work at all. In the morning we got up at about 5 am, quickly packed up and left. In addition, they lived at a party, and did not want to interfere with the owners with their stomp and troubles. I took a container on the road. On the first day, I boiled brown rice. On a visit, we cooked ordinary pasta and fish cakes with vegetables for the trip. And then it was no longer possible to cook in advance. They were very tired, and immediately went to bed. Besides, I had a limited budget, so I had to eat flour products on the way. We tried to go to all kinds of canteens, but when you have a limited time, it is very difficult, since there are fast foods on every corner. And there were very few canteens. In general, I ate little, rarely, and junk food. While traveling, I often felt that I wanted healthy food and also missed training. But most of all – for buckwheat. Once I managed to eat it at a roadside cafe. I didn’t do any workouts either, but we moved a lot, and by the middle of the trip I felt that my jeans were quite large. Returning home, I got on the scales, but the weight did not change.

Results of the week: 0 kg. Waist – 2 cm.
