But the hardest part always remains behind the scenes: singer Ksenia Lugovaya in an interview with Wday.ru debunked myths about losing weight after pregnancy.

Where do those extra pounds come from? Well, of course, they gorge themselves! So it seems that if you put yourself on the toughest diet, eat a piece of cheese in the morning and a leaf of lettuce in the evening, the kilograms will go away. Fortunately, nursing mothers cannot afford to torture their bodies in this way. But the fact that strict diets will make you a beauty is the cruelest myth, remember.
– Losing weight is a painstaking work and only a combination of regular workouts, nutritional systems and salon procedures. Of course, diets without sports and cosmetics can work, but only for a short period. And more often than not, such torture of the body turns into aesthetic problems with the skin. I have gone through numerous experiments, from hunger strikes to hourly meals. I was looking for the nutritional balance necessary for me.
It is important to understand that you need to eat enough calories, and the required number is not always small.
– My recipe is simple: I combined the amount of calories I needed with intense workouts at home, at least five days a week, even despite serious medical restrictions and the ban of doctors from doing abdominal exercises. This was the only thing that helped me get back in shape.

Personally, I was inspired only by my own reflection in the mirror! When you know your shortcomings, you understand that a woman at any age should strive for the ideal. You work hard and see how body imperfections go away, and this gives a huge boost and confidence in your abilities! – The now popular fitness applications with the training program and the proposed diet turned out to be absolutely useless for me, they did not work. I was not able to eat as often as the developers recommend, the portions were too large for me, I did not eat even half of the recommended amount. I see no point in stretching my stomach if I’m not hungry. Moreover, I was a real hostage to food and sometimes even gained weight.

Maybe it will make someone smile, but for a slender girl, three extra pounds is very noticeable. Today I can say that it was a year of hard work, but believe me, the result was worth it.
