Diaphragmatic breathing involves full abdominal breathing. To do this, you need to take a deep breath, sending air to the lower parts of the lungs. Outwardly, the following happens: the shoulders remain motionless, the ribs diverge in different directions, and the abdominal wall is pushed forward. It is easy to learn how to breathe this way if you are lying on your back, since the shoulders are fixed in this case.
Who is oxysize recommended for?
This technique is suitable for most people looking to look slim and fit. It is recommended to combine it with proper nutrition, the main emphasis of which is on natural products – vegetables, fruits and fiber. Give up sweet, fried, fatty foods. The calorie content of the diet is approximately 1500-1700 kilocalories per day.
Exercise is not recommended:
- postpartum women;
- persons suffering from respiratory system disorders;
- people with various disorders of the cardiovascular system;
- in the postoperative period.
Before starting the exercises, it is worth working out the breathing technique to automatism. For the first two weeks of training, just do 10-15 oxyseize breathing cycles, and start the exercises only when you can breathe without thinking at all.
You can do oxisize at any time, but still morning workouts are more effective. The duration of the workout is 15–20 minutes. The only condition is that training should be regular, and then the result will not be long in coming.

Equipment: turn your face to the wall, rest your hands in front of your chest, palms parallel. Push up from the wall and at the point of maximum tension, try to straighten your body, standing on your toes.
Feel the work of all muscles and start breathing practice – 4 cycles, 3 repetitions.
