Lose weight by the New Year – the second week

To speed up the process of losing weight, add to the diet menu lemon juice to remove toxins and cinnamon to control blood sugar levels and feelings of fullness. And beets with black pepper, which saturates and accelerates metabolism at a low calorie content. But three “whales” of the diet remain unchanged: milk with turmeric and oat bran in the morning, tea with spices in the evening.

Menu for the second week of the three-week program

Before breakfast

Milk with turmeric. 

Breakfast

  • Chamomile or mint tea with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, ½ tsp. honey and ½ tsp. ground cinnamon (as an option: a drink made from chicory, instant or ground, instead of tea);
  • A slice of boiled beef or low-fat natural ham;
  • Low-fat natural yogurt (or 1 glass of low-fat kefir) with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. l. oat bran.
  • Fresh fruit to choose from: apple, pear, orange.

Dinner

  • Green salad (any kind) with 1 tomato (200 g total) + 1 tsp. chopped walnuts + a dessert spoon of olive (or linseed, or sesame) oil with a drop of wine vinegar;
  • Fried with 1 tsp. vegetable oil fish (100 g) with lemon juice + 1 medium boiled beetroot with ½ tsp. ground black pepper;
  • Low-fat cottage cheese (50 g) with ½ tsp. ground cinnamon.

Dinner

 
  • Salad with raw beets and eggs;
  • Low-fat unsweetened yogurt with ½ tsp. cinnamon;
  • Tea with cloves, star anise and lemon juice. …

Tea with spices and lemon juice:

  • 1 tsp black tea
  • ½ tsp cloves and 1 star anise
  • 1 hours. L. lemon juice
  • ½ no. l. Teddy bear

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over tea and spices and let it brew for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey.

Salad with raw beets, egg, arugula and apple for 2 servings

This salad is rich in minerals, high in iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C. Thanks to the special combination of trace elements and the fact that all herbal ingredients are used raw and require energy to digest, it works to burn calories for two hours. If desired, arugula can be substituted with an equal amount of lettuce.

  • 1 fresh beet
  • 1 яблоко
  • 2 large bunches of arugula
  • 1 Art. l. walnuts
  • 1 juicy carrot (small)
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 1 tbsp. l. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • sea ​​salt (pinch)
  • freshly ground black pepper (pinch)

Boil a soft-boiled egg, cut into circles. Grate or grind beets and carrots in a blender, thinly chop an apple, chop a walnut and lightly tear the arugula leaves. Squeeze the lemon juice into a small container, add olive oil, salt and pepper, mix well. Combine vegetables, arugula, nuts and eggs in a salad bowl and add the dressing to them.
