About diet Nothing extra
As I discovered, the extra pounds we have are of a different nature. There is fat that accumulates due to slagging of the body – that is, due to those toxins that are formed as a result of unfavorable ecology, alcohol, foods with preservatives and dyes, stress. Diet “Nothing extra” is struggling just with the pounds of this origin.
Secondly, there are kilograms, the culprit of which is the excessive consumption of refined products: we will also reduce and tame them. Thirdly, there is a layer of fat that protects us from the cold: it is beyond our control, and rightly so. And fourthly, there are forms that make us attractive and sexy: we must preserve them at all costs!
Diet “Nothing extra” allows not only to part with unnecessary pounds, but also to maintain the achieved effect for a long time. Its secret is not only the balance of healthy foods (which, however, is enough to avoid feeling hungry), but also the use of spices that burn fat, improve metabolism and cope with slagging in the body.
At the end of three weeks, the 1st phase of the diet ends – fast fat burning and removal of toxins, and the 2nd and 3rd begins: the remaining toxins are “cleaned out” and weight loss continues, albeit at a slower rate. However, this awaits us next year, 2019.
Menu for the first week of the three-week program from December 10
Before breakfast
Milk with turmeric.
Warm 1 cup skim milk, add 1/2 tsp. turmeric and 1/2 tsp. honey. Pour into a thermos and let it brew for 30 minutes. Drink half a glass in the morning after shaking.
Breakfast
- Tea or coffee without sugar;
- A slice of boiled beef or low-fat natural ham;
- Low-fat natural yogurt (or 1 glass of low-fat kefir) with 2 tbsp. l. oat bran. ;
- Fresh vegetable of your choice: cucumber, tomato, radish, celery root, chicory leaves …
Dinner
- Green salad (any kind) with tomato and wheat sprouts (200 g total) + dessert spoon of olive (or flaxseed, or sesame) oil with a drop of wine vinegar;
- Steamed fish (100 g) with lemon + zucchini (100 g), fried in 1 tsp. vegetable oil with a pinch of ground coriander;
- Low-fat cottage cheese (50 g) with a drop of honey.
Snack
- Ginger tea with honey or 100 g of fat-free cottage cheese.
Dinner
- Egg “in a bag”;
- Salad with tomato, black radish (or daikon), celery root and dill (200 g total) + 1 dessert spoon of any peanut butter dressing and a drop of lemon juice;
- 1 low fat unsweetened yogurt
- Tea with cloves and star anise. 1 tsp black tea, ½ tsp. cloves and 1 star anise star. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over tea and spices and let it brew for 5 minutes.
