Long hair – how to grow back quickly

She once walked with burnt hair, and now she boasts a luxurious head of hair.

28-year-old Julia from St. Petersburg now has almost 200 thousand subscribers. Once it was a shapeless blonde with hair burnt out from dye. And now she excites Instagram with photos of her gorgeous figure and no less gorgeous hair.

By the way, Yulia is not only beautiful, but also smart – she is a candidate of technical sciences. Well, on the pages of Instagram, the girl shares tips on nutrition, sports and personal care.

“When my hair was tow, for me the length was not so much important as I wanted to improve the condition,” says Yulia. – I read homemade masks recipes on the Internet – and let’s apply. The first was a mask made from onions and eggs with protein. Can you imagine how I “smelt” then all week? Now in my head there is an understanding of what and how it works and what is effective. “

Here is Julia’s hair care plan:

Massage the scalp for 5-10 minutes to stimulate the blood supply. Hair follicles can be inactive due to poor blood supply. Then the roots feed very poorly, the hair grows poorly and falls out, becomes fragile.

1 time in 2-3 days (after shampooing)

On the roots: lotion “Esvitsin” (not during pregnancy, during feeding and with individual intolerance to the components. – Approx. Wday.ru) I mix with 2-3 drops of mint essential oil. These are hair growth activators. Massage on damp hair after shampooing. You do not need to wash off.

On hair: rub a few drops of broccoli oil in the palms of my hands and lubricate slightly damp hair. This oil is called natural silicone for a reason.

Hair Mask. Shampoo my hair to reveal the scales and the beneficial substances from the oil could penetrate the hair shaft. I blot my hair with a towel and apply the mask to a length, 5 cm away from the roots. The oil will seal and retain moisture inside the hair. I pack my hair in a bag and a towel. You can warm it up with a hair dryer – this will work better. I leave it for 1-2 hours. Below are recipes for masks.

For dry hair at the ends and oily hair at the roots:

Clay – 1 sachet

Kefir – 1 glass

Peppermint or citrus oil – 2 drops

Coconut oil – depending on hair length

We dilute the clay with kefir, drip oil. Apply the mixture to the roots and the coconut oil to the hair.

For thin and lifeless hair:

Colorless henna – 1 sachet

Fat kefir – half a glass

Oil – 1 tbsp. l.

We mix everything to the state of sour cream, apply to washed, damp hair. Wrap with a towel, heat with a hairdryer and leave for 30 minutes. We wash off.

For matted hair:

Gelatin – 1 sachet

1 tbsp. l penetrating oil (coconut, shea, avocado, olive, macadam or amla oil) – 1 tbsp. l.

Water

Dilute gelatin with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1: 3. We insist 15 minutes. Warm up slightly in the microwave or in a water bath, without boiling. Add oil.

Dry hair:

Olive oil – 2 Art. l

Avocado oil – 2 tablespoons l.

2 yolk

Against fragility:

Coconut and butter (1: 1). Preheat in a water bath

Nutrition and shine:

Any butter + kefir (1: 1)

Scrubbing the scalp. The pores of the scalp become clogged very easily, the secretion of sebum increases, the roots get dirty quickly, and the hair falls out more easily. There are many recipes for scrubs. I scrub with fine salt before washing my hair on wet hair.

Cut off split ends. If this is not done, the hair begins to split along its entire length. No hot scissors and no polishing.

5 important rules for hair care:

1. Do not comb your hair or go to bed with wet hair (wet hair is much easier to injure).

2. Do not dry with a towel (dip gently and leave to dry).

3. Use the conditioner after the mask (the mask reveals the hair scales and makes it defenseless, the conditioner closes them).

4. Use soft natural bristle brushes and wood combs.

5. Minimize your hair dryer and curling iron and use thermal protection.
